Our Story

Come and join one of my warm and friendly groups in Chelmsford and lose weight the Extra Easy way! x Saturday 8.30am & 10.30am - Springfield Park Baptist Church, Springfield Park Rd Wednesday 9.30 & 11.30am - St Augustines Church, off Beardsley Drive, Springfield

Coming Soon! Friday evening at 5.30pm at Fitnfab, Chelmer Village Square (near Asda/Barnardos from Friday April 26th!

There is parking at all venues but a little smaller at the Saturday group. If you need to park on the road, check for restrictions and please park carefully so as not to obscure the neighbouring houses driveways. Many thanks and I look forward to meeting you soon!
