Short-term relief:
If there’s no active inflammation, applied heat (a warm shower, heat pack, or warm towel) can help increase circulation and make movement feel easier. Think of it as warming the engine before you start the day 🚿🔥 Follow that with gentle movement — slow stretches, a short walk, or light mobility — to help your body ease into the morning.
Long-term improvement:
Morning stiffness often improves over time when underlying imbalances are addressed. This can include muscle tightness, joint restrictions, posture habits, and how you move day to day. Hi all,

Rock tape is a brand of kinesiology tape that is both functional and stylish. Check out the variety in the image below.

Rock tape can help with reducing discomfort, supporting rehab/return to play, reduce bruising/swelling and make you look cool......well maybe not the last one.

I am putting in an order for Rock Tape on Friday. Each roll of tape currently is retailing for £14.99, but if I place the discount you can get it for £12.

If you are interested let me know the pattern or colour you would like and the quantity.
