MEET THE FOUNDERS
Monique Cable
Co-Founder
Monique Cable has lived in Galleywood most of her life and is deeply rooted in the local community. Known for her warmth, openness, and ability to bring people together, Monique has long held a natural role as a connector β someone women trust and feel at ease around.
After recently returning from Australia, Monique felt a clear calling to create something meaningful for women back home. That time away offered perspective and deepened her awareness of how many women carry unspoken experiences and emotions β often without the space to pause, process, or feel supported.
With a background in fascia movement and embodied expression, Monique brings a gentle, intuitive understanding of how the body holds emotion. Her approach is grounded in softness rather than performance, inviting women to move in ways that feel safe, natural, and releasing.
Moniqueβs heart for Exhale is rooted in community, connection, and the belief that when women are given space to be seen and supported, healing begins naturally.
Cheryl Connolly
Co-Founder
Cheryl Connolly comes to Exhale from a deeply personal place. Having lived with grief for many years, she understands intimately how loss can shape the body, the heart, and the way a woman moves through the world.
Through her own journey, Cheryl felt a quiet but persistent calling β a sense that something within her needed to be offered outward. Rather than turning away from grief, she chose to meet it with compassion and, in doing so, discovered a desire to support other women who may be carrying their own silent burdens.
Cheryl brings to Exhale a grounded, empathetic presence and a profound respect for emotional safety. She understands that healing doesnβt require answers or fixing β only space, time, and gentle connection.
She intends to help create an environment where women feel held, understood, and never alone in what they are experiencing.
