For injury prevention & rehabilitation

To build a resilient, injury-resistant body, we must train movement in all three planes of motion — not just straight lines.

The 3 Planes of Motion:

🔹 Sagittal Plane
Forward & backward movement
Walking, running, squats

🔹 Frontal (Coronal) Plane
Side-to-side movement
Jumping jacks, lateral lunges

🔹 Transverse (Horizontal) Plane
Rotational movement
Turning, throwing, rotational core work

👉 Real life (and sport) never happens in one plane alone.

Most people think fat loss comes from doing more.

After 20 years as a personal trainer, I’ve learned the opposite is usually true.

Exercise is powerful for health, confidence, and performance — but on its own, it’s a poor weight-loss tool.

Real progress comes when you get the order right:

• Sleep supports hormones, recovery, and consistency
• Nutrition moves the scale — not workouts
• Breathing and stress regulation allow the body to respond

What started as a simple challenge last year turned into a journey of consistency, discipline, and growth. On Day 1, my client could barely do 1 push-up. Last week just completed 365 push-ups in a single day—proof that small, steady steps lead to incredible results.
