I Help Ambitious Women Go From Stuck to Unstoppable: Linking the elements of the mind, body and spirit to bring about ridiculously beautiful life transformation. I am an certified integrative nutrition health coach (through The Institute of Integrative Nutrition), blogger, 200 hour YogaWorks teacher, a wife and mom to two lovely young girls. I enjoyed the challenging and fast-paced environment in the early years but as my passion for health and wellness grew, I knew I would need to make a calculated exit. When I finally left in August of 2016, I was exhausted from years of stress, suffering from adrenal fatigue, overweight - despite my clean eating habits. I embarked on the process to heal my body (and mind) by following a holistic approach while launching my own online business - my own long-term passion project. As a holistic health and wellness coach, I work with women to help them achieve their health and wellness goals and feel better in mind, body and spirit. My coaching programs are practical with simple guidelines to start the process of implementing small yet consistent changes for big results.

I also leverage from my long-time business experience and mentor budding entrepreneurs to create their own online business - with all the benefits of having financial and location independence. I've been lucky to have amazing mentors over the years in my corporate career, which have prepared me well. I was unstoppable. A force to be reckoned with.

Ever look back at your younger self and think, DAMN, she was a badass?

But in my 40s, I lost her to survival mode.

Then one day, I decided enough was enough. I dug deep, pulled out that fearless drive I used to lead with, and combined it with the wisdom, purpose, and urgency that midlife brings. And you know what? I created my own transformation.

🔥 Lost over 40+ lbs in perimenopause—despite being told it was “impossible.”

🔥 Ended a 20+ year relationship while living abroad with no family support, went back to corporate career at 49 after various years away, and am a solo mama to two teens in London.

I no longer want to waste time on trial and error. ❌

I was tired of trying this and that with some success here and there but not fully knowing what exactly was working. Pair that with a changing, perimenopausal body and it felt like a total cash cow. I spent money on specialists, supplements, programs, books, et cetera .

Thanks to DNA testing, I now know exactly where to put my energy, time, and money. It’s precision instead of trial and error. Alignment instead of overwhelm.

This approach has changed the way I work with my own health and hormones. And I’m reaping the benefits.

I know exactly what to do. And last week, I still wasn’t doing it consistently.

Not because I was lazy or undisciplined. Because midlife asks more of self leadership than we expect.

When energy is lower, hormones are shifting, stress is high, and your brain has been running the show for decades, follow through becomes harder, even when the plan is solid.

Yesterday I was coached by a friend (and amazing coach). I said out loud what I wanted to be doing and where I’d been slipping.

Nothing about my plan changed. But being witnessed did.

This morning there was no debate. No second guessing. Just journaling, workout clothes on, movement done, sauna after.

Calm. Simple. Follow through.

This is why knowledge isn’t the gap.

Self leadership is.

And support makes it possible when you’re carrying a lot.

You do not need another podcast, you need someone to tell you where to start.

Most midlife women I work with are not short on information.

Your phone is full of screenshots, saved posts, and “I’ll listen later” episodes.

You did not suddenly become lazy at 43.

Your body changed, the rules did not.

Most midlife women I work with are doing what used to work. Eating “healthy.” Moving their body. Saying no more than they say yes.

Yet their waist feels thicker, clothes feel harsher, and every photo is a reminder that something is shifting.

When nothing changes, they do what smart, responsible women do: They blame the only thing they can control - Themselves.

✨“I have lost my discipline.”
✨“I just need to get back on track.”
✨“Maybe this is just what getting older looks like.”

Here is the truth:
➡️Your hormones are shifting.
➡️Your stress load is higher.
➡️Your nervous system is on alert.
➡️And your unique genetics are influencing how you handle food, sleep, and exercise right now.

So the old rules, eat less and move more, can actually backfire.

You’ve optimised your HRT. Your bloods look good. Some symptoms improved.

And yet… your libido still hasn’t really come back.🫣

That doesn’t mean HRT didn’t work. And it doesn’t mean anything is wrong with you.

Desire isn’t driven by hormones alone.

Women’s libido is sensitive to energy, stress load, mental capacity, sleep, blood sugar, and whether your nervous system ever truly gets to switch off.

If your body has been in “get through the day” mode for years, desire doesn’t just flick back on because numbers improved.

This is why forcing intimacy, scheduling s*x, or telling yourself you should want it often makes things worse. Pressure adds demand. Demand shuts desire down.

For many women, libido returns when the body feels safer, more rested, and less depleted. Not when they try harder.

If this hit, you’re not broken.

What I believed at 40 made me blame myself for things that were actually biological.

1. Eat less.
2. Try harder.
3, Have more discipline.

None of that worked.

Understanding how midlife bodies actually respond to food, stress, and timing changed everything for me and for the women I work with.
