First day back in the gym post-Covid and this barbell has got me feeling some type of way 🙈😅 Need to feel that fire inside burning bright again!! 🔥🔥🔥
If you ever struggle to drag yourself through the non-negotiables, the responsibilities that aren't optional, the steps you know you NEED to take to better yourself... Just ask yourself my favourite question-
"How bad do you want it?"
If you don't want it that much, that's ✨fine✨! Chill, put your feet up and relax, the gym will still be there tomorrow and so will you 💪 Life is too short to beat yourself up and feel guilty over taking a day off 🤷 Sometimes we need to recharge!!
BUT- if you want it 🔥BAD🔥, if you want it more than you want the downtime, you better MOVE and you better WORK! WHATEVER IT TAKES is a very powerful mantra, so use it when you really need it! Internalise it and feel that positive energy flow through you- You can do ANYTHING in this life, as long as you are prepared to do WHATEVER. IT. TAKES.
Keep moving, stay active and go after what you really want! You can fail at things you DON'T want to do...So why not try going after what you DO want 💪😎 THAT is Mind Over Metal!!
