And then there was one... Things are about to change!

Hi, I think it is a good time for a reintroduction. I am Sara and I am the owner of Soul Sanctum.

I am an energy medicine practitioner, reiki master, novice astrologer, crystal lover, holistic therapist, chronic warrior, single gay mum all wrapped up in a 100% Neurodiverse household and 1 half of a set of twins.

It was my twin that I started this company up with during COVID, sadly she has moved onto other adventures and projects but that leaves me being able to go the direction I love.

My photography skills and grid planning are nowhere near as good as her business genius but I hope to keep you filled with knowledge nuggets, love and joy whilst still bringing you some stunning items to treat yourself and others with. (Link to my shop in the bio)

Did you know that this month is Friendship Month?

It’s also National Su***de Awareness month and we feel the two go hand in hand.

We’ve been isolated and separated for so long causing huge amounts of angst, depression and anxiety which many are still trying to deal with and sometimes it can be as simple as reaching out to someone who’s been on their own and let them know you’re there, even if you don’t get to see them as often as you’d like.

Take the opportunity to reach out your friends, even just to say you’re thinking of them and you’re there if they need you…a small gesture can go a long way.

Have you ever wondered what is actually involved in performing a manifestation ‘ritual’?

Well, it’s different for everyone as you can literally create your own to suit your needs, however, we decided to put together our favourite elements of rituals to create our very own pampering abundance manifestation ritual.

The process looks like this…

1️⃣ Create a lovely ambience by playing your favourite music to help you relax

2️⃣ Use the sage and lavender smudger to smudge your rooms in the house as well as yourself helping release negative energy

3️⃣ Start running a bath (or if you prefer you can create a foot soak bath). Place the tumbled stones, all chosen for their benefits related to abundance in all areas of your life, into a bath and pour in the pink Himalayan and Epson bath salts.

4️⃣ Whilst waiting for the bath to run, take the paper and pen write out your wishes, dreams, goals and aspirations

5️⃣ Then take the candle wick and beeswax sheet and start rolling the wick into a candle whilst reading out the words from your piece of paper.

6️⃣ Place the candle in the holder and light the candle

7️⃣ Step in to your bath (or place your feet in to your foot soak), lie back, relax and watch all of your affirmations that were placed in to the candle, release and head into the Universe

8️⃣ Once finished, dry yourself off and give thanks for dedicating this time to you and your future
