Some people wonder why we wear these weird-coloured glasses. 😎

It often leads to interesting conversations with new social groups. 😆

Especially when we tell them just how much of a negative impact the wrong light environment can have on our health, and in particular our circadian rhythm ⏰

Most people have no idea, and why would they? This isn't something you learn at school 🤔

But, remember. Just because something is not in a textbook, or 'mainstream' news, definitely does not mean it fails to exist 🙃

Sometimes it's worth digging a little deeper 🧠
