🌸 Girls Better With Music – All 20 Dates Announced! 🌸

We’re excited to share that we now have all 20 session dates confirmed for our Girls Better With Music programme at The Base @ The Way, Lyndhurst Crescent, Swindon, SN3 2RW.

💛 What is it?
A free 20‑session programme for girls aged 11–16 who may need a safe, creative space filled with music and other arts — a place to explore feelings, build healthier relationships, receive support if it’s needed, and simply be themselves.
🎭 Together, we’ll also be working towards a music and drama performance — with a special sharing event planned just before Easter.

✨ More details about the full programme will be shared soon as we prepare for this exciting journey together.

🗓 When?
Every Thursday (term time) · 4–6pm
Starting: 25 September 2025
Ending: 19 March 2026

✨ Spaces are limited – while the programme is free, kind donations are always welcome to help us support more girls.

Long time no see… but it’s all coming soon!

After a long while, I’ve finally found some space to prioritise myself and express through my own music again. Between my work as a music therapist and life’s everyday rhythm, it’s not always easy to pause and listen to what my heart wants to say. But music has a way of reminding us — it’s not a luxury, it’s a necessity.

I’m on a little holiday break now, and by the end of May, I’ll be back in my studio. Plenty of songs have been waiting patiently to be recorded, and I can’t wait to dive in and eventually share them with anyone who might find them moving, useful, or comforting in their own way.

For now — here’s just a little improvised reflection from a peaceful evening in Tenerife.😊👍✨

We offer free mental health support to women and girls who experienced domestic or sexual abuse, providing a range of music and wellbeing related activities.

⭐️We are open for you every Thursday, at The Baker's Cafe venue in Swindon Town centre, Emlyn Square (Railway Village), from 2pm - 6pm.
Free soup, cake and refreshment included. 🫶🍜
We look forward to meeting you. ❤
