Time to Reflex As someone who as experienced many challenging events in life I wished to help others on their own healing journey.

Over the years various roles have offered unique opportunities for me to gain a wide understanding of the needs of others and to be able to

🌿 Thursday Tip 🌿

Unclench your jaw.

It sounds simple, but many of us hold tension there without even realising it. Let your tongue rest, soften your face, and take one slow breath.

Small moments like this can help your body feel safer and calmer.

We’re delighted to introduce one of our exhibitors for Back to Nature Fest 26… 🌿

Sam Evans from Small Mammoth Stone will be joining us with a collection of stone and bronze jewellery inspired by forest-dwelling tribes of ancient history.

The work centres around a strong connection to the past, with pieces that feel grounded, raw, and closely tied to nature. Each design reflects traditional influences, using materials and forms that echo a time when people lived more closely with the land around them.

At the festival, you’ll be able to explore the jewellery up close and learn more about the inspiration behind each piece. It’s a chance to connect with craftsmanship that feels meaningful and rooted in something older and more instinctive.

If you’re drawn to natural materials and designs with a story behind them, this is one to stop by.

🌼 May is sweeping in with fresh energy 🌼

Take what’s been feeling good lately and carry it forward with you. The habits, the energy, the things that have actually been helping.

And anything that’s been draining you, stressing you out, or just not serving you anymore … you don’t have to carry that into this month.

You get to choose what comes with you into May.

Today is Earth Day 🌿

Nature gives us so much, from the air we breathe to the plants and oils we use every day. But it also teaches us something important about how to live.

There’s a natural rhythm to everything. Rest, growth, change, and balance all happen in their own time, without force or pressure.

Spending time in nature can help us reconnect with that. It brings a sense of calm, perspective, and a reminder that we don’t always need to rush.

Even taking a few minutes to step outside, feel the air, or notice what’s around you can shift how you feel.

A small pause, inspired by nature itself 🌱

We’re delighted to introduce another of our speakers for Back to Nature Fest 26… 🌿

Carrie Bluer from Fireflower Herbal will be joining us to share her knowledge of plants, foraging, and herbal medicine.

Carrie’s work centres around helping people understand the plants growing around them and how they can be used in practical, everyday ways. Her approach is grounded and accessible, making it easier to build confidence with foraging and natural remedies.

At the festival, Carrie will be leading a plant identification and foraging walk, along with a talk on herbal medicine and herbal first aid. It’s a chance to slow down, learn what’s growing nearby, and understand how to use plants safely and respectfully.

If you’ve been curious about foraging or want to feel more confident using herbal support, this is a really valuable session to join.

We’re so pleased to be welcoming Anthony Smith from Llangattock Honey to Back to Nature Fest 26 🌿

Anthony will be bringing along a range of handmade products created using honey and beeswax, all rooted in traditional, nature-based methods.

His work is closely connected to the wellbeing of bees and the wider environment, offering a reminder of how much we rely on these small but essential pollinators. Everything he creates reflects a respect for the natural process, with simple ingredients and careful craftsmanship at the heart of it.

At his stand, you’ll be able to learn more about the role bees play in our ecosystem, as well as browse products that come directly from the hive.

If you’re interested in supporting local makers and learning a little more about the natural world along the way, this is one to stop by.

Wednesday reminder 🌿

You don’t have to wait for the weekend to take care of yourself.

Wellbeing isn’t about big changes. It’s the small things you do during the week that help you feel more balanced.

A few minutes of quiet, a proper break, stepping outside, or just slowing your pace slightly can make a real difference.

If today feels busy, take that as your sign to pause, even briefly.

Small moments count 💛
