If your nights feel restless, try keeping it simple:

✨ Go to bed and wake up at the same time each day
✨ Switch off screens at least 30 minutes before bed
✨ Keep your bedroom cool and dark
✨ Avoid caffeine late in the day

National Sleep Awareness Week runs from March 8–14, 2026, and it is the perfect time to check in with your sleep habits.

If you are struggling to fall asleep, waking during the night, or feeling exhausted even after what should have been a full night’s rest, reflexology can be a gentle and supportive option.
