I found today’s race HARD! We were definitely quicker on the runs this time but some of the stations I couldn’t stay in 6th gear for! And my quads cramped up completely just before the last station 😖

Burpees were toughest, but lunges were great today! We smashed the wall balls and the ski too… 👌🏽

All in all a brilliant day out. Tough AF but we didn’t give up. And we finished in a respectful 44 / 93 out of all female doubles! (AG I can’t find RN)

Let’s be proud ! Thanks for a fabulous mums day out! 👌🏽🫶🏼

Here’s a no equipment bodyweight circuit you can do anywhere…

➡️Warm up
Stretches, especially hips, hamstrings and lower back

➡️Cardio
50 jumping jacks
40 mountain climbers
30 squat jumps
10 C2F burpees
5 walkouts
5 walkout + tricep press

THREE TIMES

➡️ Strength (40 on, 15 off)
Squat pulse
Walking lunges
Press ups
Tricep dips

THREE TIMES

➡️ Plank finisher (hold for as long as you can)

➡️ Cool down
Stretches and breath work.

Phrase of the week last week! In my classes, with my lovely clients, and also in my own head! 🤪

Taking this approach builds mental resilience as well as physical. Slow down, take your time, but don’t stop. Keep going until you’ve done what you said you’re going to do. Practice it, actively!

End of an era Christleton! ✅

And WOW… what a crew 💥🚴‍♀️ We’ve had some fun in that room! 😂

You lot have brought the energy every single week — the vibes, the sweat, the going along with my questionable (at times 🤭) song choices… (yes, I’m looking at you Sir Gangnam and the Boys from Venga!) …all of it really! 😄

Honestly, couldn’t have asked for a better group to shout at (lovingly) from the bike 🎤❤️ I’m going to miss these sessions big time!

BUT this isn’t a full goodbye… just a location upgrade 👀

If you fancy round two, I’ll be at NGA on Wednesdays — same chaos, same tunes, same time, same me 🙌

Thank you for making every class feel like a party. Absolute legends, the lot of you 💫

! 🤪

Loved this cheeky little 27 min sesh after class tonight. Feeling the need to work on my sandbag lunges (because they are brutal and turn my legs to jelly)… and the burpees (because, well, burpees. Still kinda love them though…!)

Wow it’s been a busy one today, but feel so much better for getting that in! 💪🏼

Just keep going innit… Keep showing up! Putting in the effort. Everything is still hard but somehow I’m also feeling fitter. Consistency works, imagine that. 👊🏼
