Eating in January⦠doesnāt have to be about crash diets, juicing, cutting out carbs and making extreme lifestyle changes⦠No no nooooo!! ā
I actually think the opposite! It can be varied, balanced and healthier though, for sure!
My approach to health and fitness has always been about making small, steady and consistent improvementsā¦
WHY?
Big changes often involve changing too much at once, promising yourself youāll have more willpower this time, and that youāll definitely stick to the plan⦠but after 2 weeks, youāve failed. Because itās UNREALISTIC in the long term.
This post is to show that you can make small incremental changes to your diet over time; start to introduce new things, cut down on processed food, drink more water, eat one more piece of fruit daily⦠doesnāt matter what it is! Just make some small, positive changes! Hopefully this inspires you to do just that! šš¼
