15 days to go until Mojo 75 starts - we start on the 11th May.

We are looking for 75 people to take part, to give themselves a moment each day to build healthier habits.

Imagine starting with a new routine of drinking water in the monring, then building up to a walk for ten minutes a day, to stopping scrolling at bed, to improving your sleep and reaching day 75 and feeling proud, energised and believing in yourself!

I have been building cosistent habits for over 20 years but I still have habits I need to break and those I want to develop.

Starting the week as l mean to go on.

I didn't eat enough over the weekend as I was out all day at an event as one of the speakers and was feeling a bit flaky yesterday after the colour run which was 5k!

On the case today.

Protein hit and this little nutty beauty is for later.

It's just nuts, seeds, a bit or water and honey, no precise measurements, mix them up, leave them for a bit and then pop them in the oven until they look a bit toasty.

Recipes are not my forte!
