We are back with our reconnecting with nature for mental health and wellbeing, the next dates are 17th of December and 7th of January, more dates to be announced 😀

Everyone is welcome to join this safe space for some extra support while reconnecting with nature 😊

Its a place to gain some support, make friends and feel part of the community while learning some new skills if you want too 😊

We are here every Tuesday 10am to 1pm for a bit extra support everyone is welcome to join this safe space 🙂

Its a place to gain some support, make friends, feel part of the community and learn some new skills if you want to 😊

We have a weekly, fortnightly and monthly peer support groups, breakfast club, confidence building trips, creative exhibitions and workshops 😊
