Clare Griffiths Therapeutic Counselling

Clare Griffiths Therapeutic Counselling BACP Accredited Person Centred Counsellor for in person, online and telephone counselling. I offer short and long term counselling.

I am a warm and empathetic BACP Accredited Person Centred Counsellor, providing a confidential safe space for you to explore thoughts and feelings on a one to one basis. Dedicated to supporting you to pinpoint underlying emotions which trigger instability and conflict, facilitating you to make long lasting change within yourself. There are many reasons that you might want to come and have counselling sessions with me, including stress due to work or ill health, anxiety, depression, identity issues, relationship difficulties, confidence, trauma, bereavement, domestic abuse and many more. You may feel that it's time for you to talk to someone, to offload in a confidential and impartial space, vent, process thoughts and feelings, or try to find a solution. Whatever you are struggling with and whatever you want to get out of the therapeutic relationship, I am here to help. I do not advise as I believe that you hold the answers to your challenges as you know yourself better than anyone else. A initial assessment will be carried out where we get to know one another and how we could work together. If you wish to proceed we will agree a day and time for our forthcoming sessions. Currently I have availability for online and telephone counselling. Daytime and evening availability.

Your mind is not a storage unit, it's a processing tool.

When you write things down, you turn chaos into clarity.

Start untangling your thoughts, pen and paper is where order begins.
