Lighter mornings, birds singing, that spring energy we have all been longing for.

More light, more warmth.
Everything starting to come back to life again.

A time for renewal, for welcoming the new, and gently letting go of what feels heavy or done.

My little wellbeing walk the other day around the beautiful cliffs at Staithes.

Love this time of year when the mornings start getting brighter and spring is on its way 🌿

Fresh sea air is brilliant for helping us clear our minds, sharpening the senses and lifting our energy. Being surrounded by nature is such a good reset.

Whether it’s a walk by the sea, or just taking a few quiet moments outdoors, nature is one of the most powerful ways to restore our wellbeing 🔆🌳🌊

Level 4 Sports Massage complete 🎉✅🎉

Feeling a little emosh 🥺 and proud 🤩 today!
Two years of learning, growth, VIVAS, and practical assessments all signed off.

It’s been such a friendly, supportive group and I’ll definitely miss our Wednesdays.

A big thank you to Jane, who has been a fantastic tutor throughout, with plenty of laughs along the way.

Everything I’ve learned over the last two years now comes straight back into the treatment room, to support my clients even better.

The very last VIVA wooooohooo 🎉🎉

Today was the final one - that’s 5 VIVAs completed 🤩

It went really well and I’ve now handed in all of my coursework. Next week is our final day at college where our books will be signed off.

Lots of anatomy, assessment, and clinical work behind the scenes, all to keep strengthening my knowledge and practice 🔆

It’s been a busy week at Divine Therapies 🧘🏽‍♀️
Thank you to everyone that has been in for treatments and taken time out for your wellbeing 🔆

The most popular treatments this week have been Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stones Massage, and Reflexology.
It’s always lovely to support my clients whether it’s helping with muscle health and recovery to those needing relaxation and nervous system reset.

I’m also really pleased to now be a member of
the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists) , continuing to maintain professional standards and ongoing learning. Some clients may also be able to claim treatment costs back through personal health insurance, depending on your individual policy.

Behind the scenes I’ve also finished my college work, ready to hand in next week 💃🏽📚💃🏽
Stocked up on supplies , Temple Spa goodies.
And I’ve manged to get out and about on my walks, grounding with some rainy and some sunshine ☀️

A quiet, muddy walk today at Roche Abbey 🏰
Ancient rocks, woodland so peaceful, streams, little bridges, and a waterfall.
Snowdrops are out, and the daffodils just starting to show - very Imbolc energy, which marks half way from the winter solstice to the spring equinox. Mother Earth is showing the first signs of renewal, in her own time, not rushed 🔆🌿🌳

Feeling nourished, grounded, and very muddy!
