Happy Monday 😊

Have you all had a fabulous weekend?
I had a lovely day out yesterday in Whitby 🧛, and today I’m cracking down with my studies for my Level 4 sports massage 💪.
The past 5 weeks I’ve been studying the foot and ankle 🦶which includes stages of different injuries, attachment sites, ligaments, conducting subjective and objective assessments, and to provide sports massage to prevent, and manage those injuries.

Looking forward to seeing all my wonderful clients this week 🧘🏽‍♀️

Today we raise awareness for all women journeying through menopause and perimenopause 🦹🏻‍♀️
A natural, and powerful transition that deserves understanding, support, and care.

The menopause isn’t just a physical change, it touches every part of our wellbeing, body, mind, and soul 🧘🏽‍♀️
For many women it can bring out symptoms like fatigue, anxiety, mood changes, aches and pains, brain fog, hot flushes, insomnia, and low confidence.
With the right support it can also be a time of renewal, wisdom, and reconnection to self.

I love supporting women through this transition with aromatherapy, massage, and reflexology to calm the nervous system, and reiki energy balancing to help release emotional blockages.
These treatments help to bring balance, grounding and peace from within 🧘🏽‍♀️

Let’s keep supporting and reminding every woman she’s not alone 💖

The dreaded road works start this Monday 13th October. Again, please keep an eye on traffic and time when visiting us, we work to a strict time frame as you all know so 10 mins late will cause us problems and could potentially mean a shorter appointment or cancellation for yourself, which we obviously don't want to do. Sorry to keep going on about it but I don't want any of you to be let down! ❤️

From 13 October 2025 the west section of A632 Chesterfield Road, Duckmanton, shown in blue on the map below, will be closed.
This section of work is expected to take between three and four weeks to complete, after which, the east section shown in green below will be closed until the completion of the project in mid-December.

Please, please keep this in mind for your appointments and give yourself extra travel time, if you are late this may impact your appointments.

Just got back from a truly transformational wellbeing talk and workshop tonight 🧘🏽‍♀️

The theme was seasonal wellness- how to realign our health, energy and spirit with the natural cycles ✳️

I absolutely loved the guided meditations and the violet flame activation, wow that was magical 💜🔥

✨👣 It’s World Reflexology Week ✨👣

Reflexology has roots going back over 4,000 years, with evidence of Egyptians and Chinese using pressure points on the feet to encourage healing and balance.

Eunice Ingham, who we call the mother of Reflexology, mapped the entire body onto the feet in the 1930s. Her methods showed how specific points on the feet correspond to our organs and systems.

Reflexology now combines those traditional principles with modern approaches and techniques. And it’s still evolving!

No two Reflexologists are the same! We each bring our own style, intuition, and energy.
Reflexology is a both a skill and a creative practice, which makes every treatment a unique and personal experience. It’s just truly magical, if you have never experienced it, I recommend you really should ✨

Happy Autumn Equinox 🍁🍂🌳🪾⚖️

Had a lovely walk out yesterday, with leaves and conkers on the ground, the sun was shining, with a gentle crisp in the air. Reminded me of how nature helps us to connect and feel balance, which is what autumn reminds us to do within ourselves. There’s an equal balance of day and night, a gentle reminder to slow down, reflect, and gather our own inner harvest as we transition into the quieter months ahead 🍂✨
