πFinding the Calm in the Christmas hustle π
December carries a lot π΅βπ«
Shopping, organising, planning, parties, all of top of work and everyday life.
When everything speeds up, so does the body!
Especially the nervous system, that stays switched up, and I can feel how tense and wired you are!
So recently my treatments have been focused on slowing things back down. Giving your nervous system a break and calming those over active adrenal glands. Helping the body to let go, fully relax, feel safe, and just letting your body bring itself back into balance.
