Jade Reflexology Reflexology is a gentle yet powerful therapy that aims to restore the body's balance. Hi, I'm Karen. I qualified in September 2022 and have never looked back.

Treatments, both reflexology and head massage, can vary from person to person depending on their needs, I treat the the body, mind and spirit - holistic therapy. I am a fully qualified and insured Reflexology Practitioner with MAR status and full AoR membership, and the owner of Jade Reflexology. After losing my wonderful father and the Covid pandemic, I re-evaluated my life and what I wanted from it. This led me to one of the best decisions of my life - to train as a reflexologist! I enjoy my job - in fact I don't see it as a job - its definitely a calling and I enjoy it so much. All of the lovely comments from grateful clients who feel so relaxed and restored afterwards just make my day. I'm also a mum of two brilliant adults with 5 gorgeous grandchildren who keep me busy when I'm not helping others. Along with my fantastic, supportive hubby they are my world.

Why do I get my clients to do some deep breathing at the start of their treatment and ask them, on the out breath, to drop their shoulders? Its because when your shoulders drop down, your breathing slows, your body and mind relax and let go of your stresses.
