𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙧𝙙 𝙀𝙮𝙚 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙠𝙧𝙖? The Third Eye Chakra is known as “the seat of intuition.” Located in the center of the forehead, it acts as the center of wisdom and higher consciousness. It allows for clear thought, spiritual contemplation, self-reflection and provides visionary perspective.

Symptoms of this Chakra being blocked or imbalanced:
1. Unable to concentrate
2. Lack of clarity and lack of imagination
3. Unable to see the bigger picture or plan for the future/ set goals

2. The urge to hide opinions and desires from yourself and others.
3. Gossiping or dominating conversations/ difficulty listening to others.
4. Feeling timid or overly shy.

I do part of the healing but the rest of the healing process has to come from you and I can’t stress this enough.

Located in the center of the spine at heart level.

Symptoms of this Chakra being blocked or imbalanced:
1. Unforgiving of self or others
2. Overwhelming sensation of jealousy, people pleasing or bitterness
3. Unable to move forward or let go
4. Constant fear of being alone, isolated or not good enough
5. Unable to see the beauty in things around you
6. Have a victim mentality or being cold hearted
7. Struggle with physical symptoms such as asthma, circulatory and lung issues or heart problems.
