Last week I had a nice conversation with this amazing lady about switching our bills and save money.
She was really nice and informative. At the moment still deciding as expecting more bills in the future, but I know at least who can help me out🙂

HOW AND WHY IS IMPORTANT TO HAVE HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE

⚡️ How can we expect our bodies to function well… if we don’t treat them well? ⚡️

So many people want more energy, better sleep, less pain, and improved health… yet their daily habits tell a different story:
❌ Processed and sugary foods
❌ Lack of movement or exercise
❌ Poor sleep and high stress
❌ Little attention to recovery or self-care

Did you know that most shop-bought “fruit” yoghurts are loaded with hidden sugars and syrups? What looks like a healthy choice is often closer to a dessert than a nourishing snack.

✅ A healthier option: plain yoghurt + fresh fruit.

Add strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries for natural sweetness

Slice in a banana or kiwi for extra vitamins

Sprinkle with nuts or seeds for crunch and healthy fats

This way, you’re in control of the ingredients — getting all the probiotics, vitamins, fibre, and antioxidants without unnecessary sugar.

Early start with 2 massages , they just know when I'm off🤣
Well they are my looong years clients and I allways make an effort to see them when they need.
Treating the pain is my thing, they leave a bit broken, but in next few days, the magic works.
Silicone cupping cups , wooden rolling pin and tool to help with more pressure but save my fingers are the must🙂.
