Providing relaxed and friendly Developmental Baby Massage classes for babies from 6 weeks to crawling
Developmental Baby Massage and Soft Baby Yoga courses in Chichester and Aldingbourne. Developmental Baby Massage is a lovely first course for you and your baby and is suitable for babies from 6 weeks to crawling. Over the 4 week course we cover a whole body massage sequence and each week we work through techniques which will support your baby's natural developmental motor milestones. We explore tummy time, its benefits and ways help babies to spend more time on their tummy's. Soft Baby Yoga is for babies from 4 months to when they become actively mobile. Once they are confidently on the move they may become too wriggly! Over the 4 week course we share fun and playful yoga inspired soft movements and stretches to help maintain good posture and all round structural fitness. The gentle movements continue to support babies developmental motor milestones. These courses supports the 1001 critical days which is a unique period in a baby’s development that lays the foundations for every child’s lifelong physical and emotional wellbeing. About Me:
Hi I’m Katy, I am a certified teacher of Developmental Baby Massage and Soft Baby Yoga and personally trained with Peter Walker . Peter is the founder of the Developmental Baby Massage Centre and has pioneered the practice for over 40 years. He is internationally accredited and a widely respected leading specialist in Developmental Baby Massage. I have a BA (Hons) Early Childhood Studies degree and Early Years Teacher Status. Since graduating in 2004 I have worked in Early Years settings, directly with families through Children and Families Centres where I previously delivered Developmental Baby Massage courses and I currently works as a Local Authority Early Years and Childcare Advisor.

Great to be back Chichester welcoming families back in Soft Baby Yoga and meeting lots of new families in Developmental Baby Massage. Failed on 📸 for baby massage but hope everyone had a great time!

Today was the last class of 2023!
I have loved spending time with this group and will miss these little faces 😍
We’ve had so much fun doing our soft baby yoga classes in this amazing dojo space. It’s enabled so much safe and free movement for babies to explore their developing motor skills.
Thank you to everyone who has joined courses with me this year. I’ve loved sharing Developmental Baby Massage and Yoga with you all.
