When community & fitness come together for a morning of movement & good vibes! 😎

capturing the action at our Summer Fitness Retreat a few weeks ago & what a fab morning we had! Outdoor Circuits, Strength training, Pilates & some beautiful countryside miles covered… it was all sunshine & (sweaty) smiles! 🏃‍♀️💪🏻🌞🌿🧘🏼‍♀️

Thanks to for providing our good energy shots to kickstart the day 💥 and thanks to everyone who came and joined us for an awesome morning of fitness!

Team Arlette, 3 Creeks Race ⛵️🏃‍♀️⛰️

Dartmouth, Kingswear, Yealm. 21 miles & around 1000m of elevation across 3 coastal cliff runs + 2 sailing legs = weekend adventures of epic proportions!! 🙌🏻

I had SO much fun this weekend. I didn’t quite know what I’d signed myself up for, given I can’t sail and I only ever run on flat roads. Those run routes were absolutely brutal, especially in the gale force wind & rain, but wow, I LOVED every minute of it. The feeling of being on those trails was so exhilarating!! Incredible. I kept myself well out the way for the sailing, and enjoyed the wet & wild ride! 💦 SO FUN!

Dartmouth and Kingswear had a special place in my heart already but now I think I love that place a little bit more. Thank you for roping me in!! Team Arlette smashed it 👊🏼💛
