This wellness day has been designed to balance your mind & body combining movement, food and time for reflection in a small group to help reset and restore your energy.
You’ll experience a community of like minded people. Whether you are new to yoga, Pilates or a long time practioner, this retreat is open to all who feel called to have fun, reconnect and leave feeling reenergised.

09:30- Arrival and welcome drink
09:40- Morning Stretch by Rosie
10:00- Pilates Led by Rosie
11:00 Tea and Coffee
11:15- Mindful Nature walk
12:00- Joyful yoga flow with breathwork and deep relaxation led by Emma
13:15- Nourishing Vegetarian Lunch
14.45- Nutrition talk by Louise- Nourish and Restore. Supporting mind and body through Nutrition
15:00- Closing circle
