February, you were a short sweet month 🍬

Last month for me was the month to

🚌 Visit schools & partners - English Schools’ Football Association, and Wi******er College were top of my list this month.

📆 Attend key events - The ICE Education event at St. George’s Park was a great way to reconnect with our football market and kickstart the season.

💻 Host some webinars - engage your audience online; February is still hiberation season for (some) people, who are leanient to attend in-person.

🤯 Prep, Prep, Prep - February is such a short month, but its only a month away from end of Quarter. For me, this is the time to get my head down and tick off those OKR’s, before its too late! ⏰

🌴 And get in that annual leave - before the March Maddness (Youth Sport Trust Conference, PADSIS: The Professional Association of Directors of Sport in Independent Schools Main event, Rosslyn Park 7’s event and some other football filming tournaments ⚽️)... ❄️ And before all the snow goes (of course!).

🤸🏽‍♀️ And of course, keep fit & zen!! 🧘🏼‍♀️

👆🏼Here is my monthly recap in a nutshell- enjoy!! 👋

February - a short but sweet month. How’s it looked? 🧡

🧳 Travel - Lots of work events this month, visiting the Footballers at St George’s park and Lopemede farm for my yoga retreat. I’ve also managed to squeeze in a ski trip to the French Alps and a few trips back home to sunny Sussex.

🎾 Sport - played as much tennis as I can through the cold and wet, ran the Goodwood 10K circuit race and started my Pilates classes at Nuffield Fulham.

📖 time out - Dear England was A-MAZING at theatre!
Reading has become a natural habit every night, and I am powering through the books!! Shopping has been my big guilty pleasure this month, spending over £1000 on my autumnal wardrobe (oops).

🧑‍🍳 Cooking - this month it’s been harder to get creative with my cooking due to lack of free time (the Jan hibernation era is over). But I’ve enjoyed Sunday roasts, Susie’s sausage and mango chutney dishes, chorizo and lots of homemade (clean out the fridge) poke bowls.

☕️ Coffee - I missed my London Coffee shops when I was away skiing, so returning to Homework workspace coffee, Soho house, Boys n Berries and going home to Goodwood hotel’s blend was a highlight! Story coffee was a new try this month - I’d give it 7 or 8.

🍟 Fave treats I’ve enjoyed this month:
- - protein bowl (It’s a must!) You have to try it if you’ve not already - also it’s very filling so great on a hungry training day! 💪🏼
- Kate’s homemade raspberry and white chocolate cheese cakes.
- Chips on the alps - with an orangina. Nothing beats.
- Pizza at La Pizzica - my new local favorite. I now said to myself I have to visit at least once a month.

A bit about me this year. 🫶🏼

Making new habits is what this year has been about.

Here are 5 routines I’ve stuck to to this, and I’ve definitely felt the shift.

1️⃣. Use Granola for every external meeting.

It’s not just the best note-taking app out there (in my opinion)
but its improved my:
pre-call prep
my focus during calls
and my follow-ups after
that has made the difference.

I now action my meeting notes more efficiently, accurately and automatically.

2️⃣. I read before bed every night.

It’s automatic now. I’ve finished two books, three others on the go. Thats a record for me.

It’s also meant:

Better sleep. 😴
Better learning. 😍
Better routine. ✔️

3️⃣. I set my next day’s goals the night before.

I journal before bed and decide tomorrow’s intentions before they start.
Don’t wake up and coast. Wake up and know.

That small shift has changed my productivity.

4️⃣. I run 🏃🏼‍♀️. Even in the rain.

It’s rained 40 of the 43 days this year 🌧️.
But I’ve still gone out, or done something.

The rule is to never miss twice.
Because comfort doesn’t win.

5️⃣. A banana a day 🍌.

Simple.
But consistent.

I switch it up (yoghurt, porridge, peanut butter, toast) to keep it interesting.

Because boredom is the biggest threat to habit.
But consistency is key to success. 🔐

Those are my recent habits and systems that have given me that % shift.

And I haven’t even mentioned my goal?

That’s because this year, for me, it’s about the system.

Professionals stick to the schedule.
Amateurs let life get in the way.

Switch it up to stay excited.
Keep it consistent to get results.

But most of all, focus on the system, not the goal

The perfect Vegan Buddha bowl to spice up your gut health! 🌱

💟 Tofu - great source of plant-based protein 🌱
💟 Grains - pairing grains with protein promotes higher protein turnover. You need that carbohydrate to supplement the protein, and it also includes essential fibres 💩
💟 Colourful veg - eat the rainbow 🌈
💟 Tahini yoghurt & honey dressing 🍯- for EXTRA protein, flavour and texture; we have to like the texture to enjoy food. If you don’t like the taste, what’s the point! 😋

❤️ My heart is full after hosting our first Pilates and Yoga retreat 🧘🏼‍♀️ at Lopemead Farm🐑❤️

Hosting my own Retreat has been a dream of mine for a long time. When Sarah rang me 5 months ago, and asked me to get involved in her retreat plans, I was so excited!

I couldn’t’ be luckier to have experienced running my first one with such lovely people - .eliz.evans, .pops and the family. 🩵

It was our first time doing something like this; but the energy, warmth, love, commitment, passion and amazing help and support from all our friends () is what made it such a successful and happy weekend 🥰.

So thank you everyone who came and supported our first event, and for for supplying us with the most amazing food 🥗💚

We’re already in the process of planning our next one! So keep an eye out on socials for our next event Retreat dates

How are we already one month into 2026? ⚡️

One of my main resolutions for 2026 is consistency; and so far, so good.

This is what that’s looking like so far:
🌟 realistic to-do lists
🧑‍🤝‍🧑 reconnecting with the team
🧘🏼‍♀️ staying active, without burning out
🤯 using quieter time to prepare, NOT plan more.
📆 trying new things: events, partner visits, new ways of working
🔐 locking in partner bi-monthly check-ins (it reduces those back-and-forth emails “when next works for you?!”)

And alongside work:
🏃🏼‍♀️ staying active.
🤸🏽‍♀️ teaching Pilates.
💤 sleeping and eating nourishing foods.
💜 spending time with people who make me happy.

It sounds simple now I’ve spelt it out

but let’s see if I can carry this into February 😅 🔥.

My January highlights 💛

And always the simple things 🤍💛

☀️ Travel
Starting the year in sunny South Africa: Hiking, beach and views.

🍳 Cooking
January always inspires me to cook, try new recipes and actually nourish myself. If it all falls apart later… at least January I managed to enjoy it.

☕ Coffee
New coffee spots = daily joy. Pleto in Camps Bay was a standout, plus the return to Boys’ N’ Berry and a post-Table Mountain almond latte. Post-run coffee catch-ups with

📸 Getting creative
Finally filled a photo album I was gifted two years ago. Slowing down, reading, walking and being present felt like a real reset.

🏃🏼‍♀️ Sport (always)
PLTC run club, back teaching Pilates, Monday night doubles with the tennis gals.

🍫 Little treats
Sainsbury’s dark chocolate rice cakes (elite). Aperol (tastes better in winter). Homemade banana bread. And almond & macadamia nut butter from SA - now on the hunt for it in the UK.

Today I hosted my first Pilates class at the new SWAP office in Tottenham Court Road. 🏢 🤸🏽‍♀️

Today’s class focused on legs and glutes - 30 minutes of lunges, glute bridges and planks, ending with some lights stretches and a moment of relaxation 🧘🏼‍♀️ .

This is what every company should encourage… giving their employees the opportunity to work out efficiently after work, stretch and have a moment to relax after a busy day at work. Life can be stressful, and we can forget the importance of switching off and being in the moment, and this is exactly what my classes are all about!! ☺️

Does your company want to be involved?
