Ive just returned from Kerala and I am still bathing in the afterglow of a wonderful yoga holiday. Thank you so much to all the lovely people who made this year so special. Thank you too to the wonderful team at Kailasam and to Diana Shipp who hosted us.
Whilst the focus is yoga, there is always plenty of time to enjoy site seeing and exploring the local area.
Do get in touch if you are interested in joining us for 2027. The dates are 5th to 16th January.

Next month I am starting a new Yoga class at Donnington Parish Hall. We will meet Wednesday mornings between 9:30am and 10:45.

The focus will be functional movement and strengthening the body. We will finish up with relaxation; most people love this quiet time when they can just be.

If you come to class regularly, you can expect to notice a real difference in the way that you are able to move with freedom and ease. You will feel more stable and strong and begin to feel an improvement in your mental and physical wellbeing.

Everyone is welcome, there is no judgement! Come with your body and be prepared to feel amazing.

Charlotte Huggins is a British Wheel of Yoga certified Yoga Teacher in Chichester between Portsmouth & Worthing in West Sussex and in Reigate in Surrey. She provides one to one sessions, specialist classes and also leads yoga holidays and retreats.

With this wet and windy weather we have been having, summer seems like a distant memory and I am very much looking forward to my yoga holiday to experience some glorious warmth and winter sunshine. December is the perfect time to visit tropical Kerala!

I an so looking forward my yoga holiday in Kerala. It is a stunningly beautiful place. Did you know that it has a slender coastal strip with 600 km of glorious beaches and a languid network of tranquil backwaters? No wonder its called "God's own country"
