Tai Chi or Taijiquan is a profoundly intelligent system that trains the body and mind naturally and perceptively to produce excellent health, fitness and well-being. It is arguably the most effective and successful health system known today. Although practised by most people for its remarkable ability to improve health and fitness Tai Chi can also through dedicated training be developed as a superb means of self-defence. Sussex Tai Chi offer regular classes, workshops, 1:1 tuition, instructor training and corporate services. Our weekly classes, monthly and annual workshops allow you access to a friendly and experienced instructor so that you can progress at a speed that suits you.
