So this week, as we welcome the Solstice and step fully into summer’s light, I’m setting a vision—not for a perfect summer, but for one rooted in alignment and joy.

Woke up feeling expressive today… Channelling my throat chakra in full Greek Blue glory 💙 truth, clarity… and accidental camouflage 💙 my favourite shade, the colour of my kitchen, and (unintentionally!) my outfit too. I didn’t clock it until Gail started chatting to the cupboard thinking it was me. 😂

🌟HAPPY 18TH BIRTHDAY PHOEBE! 🌟
From my little yogi to this brilliant, beautiful big one – I’ve loved every minute of sharing the mat with you, giggling in downward dog and flowing through life together. We’re so proud of everything you are – and so excited for all that’s to come…

I’ve always loved how names carry meaning – Phoebe has roots in Greek, meaning bright or radiant – a name that’s always seemed to capture her spirit.

Living with Phoebe is a bit like being in a musical – she sang before she could talk, danced before she could walk, and she’s been creating ever since.

When she was 13 (during lockdown) she started writing a few songs… and they gradually grew into a full musical called VOTE. This summer, she and a cast of 18 wonderful young people will take it to the Edinburgh Fringe (18th–22nd August), with a fundraising performance on Monday 11th August 7pm.

And in a lovely unexpected twist… after the second-ever performance of VOTE, an MP who was in the audience got in touch – and now, in 2028, Phoebe will be putting on a special performance at the Houses of Parliament to mark 100 years since women first got the right to vote.

If you’d like to come along on the 11th the Eventbrite link is in my bio – she’d be so grateful for your support (or maybe we’ll see you at the Fringe!).

I’m so excited to introduce you to Inna, a brilliant seamstress with a huge heart and years of experience. She has a true gift for breathing new life into clothes, curtains, and cherished pieces, carefully restoring and transforming them with love. 🪡💛

I want her to do so well and would love for this beautiful community to support her new business. If you have garments, curtains, or anything that needs repairing, you can drop them off at the Cowshed and meet Inna in person or DM her.

She’s completely brilliant, and I’d be so grateful if you could share with anyone who might need her skills. 🌿✨

When the universe sends signs… 🚽😆

I was teaching a corporate retreat day for Apple 🍏 HQ yesterday - yoga, breathwork, meditation, and a sound bath to clear the mind, body, and energy… and then this van pulls up. ‘TOTALLY BLOCKED’ - was the next session a group colonic?!

Thankfully, only the loo needed unblocking, and the retreat flowed on beautifully! Just another day in the world of yoga and transformation. 💫
