Lordington Park provides care and support for Ladies and Gentlemen aged over 65 years. We ensure that residents receive the highest standard of care and understanding for their physical and emotional security; privacy and individualism is respected at all times. Residents are helped to maintain a good quality of life and are given control of their own pattern of daily life. The individual care plan for each resident is reviewed on a monthly basis unless circumstances and changes in care dictate that evaluation should take place more regularly.
Nursing care is not provided but help and support is given as required by the individual so they are able to meet their daily living needs. Lordington Park employs approximately 15 staff who provide 24 hour care, care assistants are trained in house. There are also domestic staff, a grounds man and two gardeners. To ensure Lordington Park maintains services of the highest quality at all times Quality Assurance is carried out annually. Lordington Park has been owned and run as a residential care home by Mr. & Mrs. The Registered Manager is Mrs. Jessica Smith, who has 20 years’ experience of owning and managing a Residential Care Home for the Elderly. Mrs Rutland and Mrs Smith are responsible for the daily organisation and management of the home, while Mr. Rutland is responsible for any administrative tasks.
