Took a walk at the Nature Reserve this afternoon with dad and the dogs. The tide was super high (we’ve walked up there 100s of times before and never seen it like this) and it was so unbelievable calm, quiet and still. Just perfick 👌🏻

Belter of a sunset against n tonight. If you look closer in some of the photos you’ll see the silhouettes of two people and a dog. That’s my friend Viv and her friend with Rufus the dog. He’s grown so much in the past five months. A skill I never learnt 🌅

Summer is in full swing but the heat is tough for me. Being able to wander down the beach in the evening to catch the sunset is everything but there again so is a dip in the sea on a hot morning 😎☀️🍉👙🌅

Lush afternoon with my lovely Aunty Gill. We ate delicious food, had a lovely walk and finished off with a chat and a tea in the garden back at my sisters. Had to pop in the hot tub whilst I was there too 😊

Finished up a superb bank holiday weekend with Ester eating followed by a lovely walk around The Bishops Palace Gardens. I love it there and I needed the walk after stuffing my face! Feeling very content right now 😊

Flossy decided I was t allowed to stay in bed past 5.30 this morning so I thought I’d go and catch the sunrise. Bit disappointed that the cloud got in the way but I must admit it was very peaceful and it was early enough that the moon was still up too. Not a bad way to start the day. Happy Thursday y’all 💛

Two walks in the bag today. Can’t stay in when the weather is like this. Got just under 10km in the bag, ate a delicious ice cream, stopped at Dads for a cuppa and then joined him and Meg for a walk round Pagham Nature Reserve. I should sleep well tonight. Happy days 😀
