Winston is due to have an operation on the 30th October so please if you want an appointment for yourself or your horse please try to be organised as it will be busy upto then. He will then be off work for 3 months and back to work on the 19th January.

A sad day as I say goodbye to Sally. She has been working for South West Chiropractic for 5 yrs and now is time for her to focus on other things so good luck and thank you for all your hard work and putting up with me!!

I am excited to welcome Kate who starts from today. Hopefully she will be able to cope with trying to organise Winston’s life!!

* JOB VACANCY *

Sadly my current virtual secretary/ Wonder Woman is moving on due to family/work commitments so am looking for someone to take over.

The role involves 20-30 hours per month. Answering phone calls messsges and e mails daily. It also involves weekly organisation of routes for visits and weekly clinics.

Horse Chiropractic Clients - Long Message but please read ✨

We are experiencing an increasing number of last-minute changes that impact more individuals than you might realise!

Effective immediately, any alterations made within 72 hours of your appointment will incur a full charge.

By the time times are sent to you, it’s too late to make changes or cancel without consequences. Other clients have been turned away, and meticulous planning has already been invested in organising the day’s schedule.

Adjusting the day means additional work for the team, as we need to revise and resend times, disrupting others’ plans. Additionally, this incurs costs for the business, which is also our source of livelihood.

While we understand there may be exceptional circumstances, we strive to accommodate them. However, simply changing numbers or cancelling on short notice will result in a full fee.
