Hi everyone, I cant believe we are nearly at the end of 2025 already - in my head I feel its still only about April!!

I just wanted to share with you my working hours over the festive season. I have loved working with everyone during 2025, being witness to their own unfolding. I cant wait to see where my work continues to take me and my clients in 2026, the Year of the Horse - inviting in movement, transformation, passion, creativity and bold new beginnings.

What a wonderful way to start your Sunday morning......with Kelly from Space to Balance leading with a gorgeous gentle yoga routine to begin a slowing down of the body and mind before I guided everyone into a meditation and sound journey to connect with our own wisdom, to honour our internal wintering season....finding stillness within.

Meditation to celebrate Samhain: Connecting with our Ancestors

As the veil between worlds thins, we gather in sacred space to honour those who walked before us.

Join me for a guided meditation to journey beyond the seen realm to meet our ancestors in the light — receiving their wisdom, healing, and blessings. The evening will also include a sound journey using a variety of vibrational tools — supporting your journey through rhythm, vibration, and sacred frequency.

This is a gentle yet powerful evening of connection — weaving meditation, intention, sacred stillness and balance for both body and mind.

No previous meditation experience is needed — just an open heart and willingness to go within.

At The InnerPath, my approach to healing is holistic and heart-centred — weaving together traditional counselling, somatic awareness, meditation, and ancient spiritual practices alongside energy healing.

All sessions are held within a trauma-informed therapeutic framework, honouring the many ways that healing unfolds through mind, body, spirit, and soul.
