Meditation to celebrate Samhain: Connecting with our Ancestors

As the veil between worlds thins, we gather in sacred space to honour those who walked before us.

Join me for a guided meditation to journey beyond the seen realm to meet our ancestors in the light — receiving their wisdom, healing, and blessings. The evening will also include a sound journey using a variety of vibrational tools — supporting your journey through rhythm, vibration, and sacred frequency.

This is a gentle yet powerful evening of connection — weaving meditation, intention, sacred stillness and balance for both body and mind.

No previous meditation experience is needed — just an open heart and willingness to go within.

I’m Dawn from The InnerPath, and I’m thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of my new website — a beautiful online space that reflects my evolving work and offerings.

At The InnerPath, my approach to healing is holistic and heart-centred — weaving together traditional counselling, somatic awareness, meditation, and ancient spiritual practices alongside energy healing.

All sessions are held within a trauma-informed therapeutic framework, honouring the many ways that healing unfolds through mind, body, spirit, and soul.
