Your enquiries are very important - so if you reach the voicemail whilst I’m out on visits, please also kindly send a text to inform me you’ve left a voicemail message (if you are able to). I will also monitor the voicemail inbox regularly.

As always, an absolute pleasure to run today’s “Balance & Beyond” class! We had Pom poms, dancing & some core work with footballs to “feeling hot hot hot” (very appropriate in today’s weather) ☀️

Absolutely loved everyone’s enthusiasm. Staying active whilst having lots of fun!!

Such a pleasure to run one of our “Balance and Beyond” classes today! Thanks everyone for your hard work & enthusiasm 💪🏻
We had some cheerleading moves in there today for our group members & boxing! 🥊

A fun, interactive group exercise class that was inclusive to all abilities! Fantastic for strength, balance & keeping active ✨
