Originally from Japan, I have been practicing yoga from my mid twenty and teaching more than decade in Japan, U.S.A and U.K. I am much healthier, happier and more considerate to others and myself since I started y

🧡Breathing and Relaxation: You’ll learn breathing techniques during Yoga that help soothe and calm both mind and body.
💛Strength and Mobility: Practicing Yoga reintroduces exercise for your post-pregnancy body, strengthening and toning muscles, especially in the pelvic floor, glutes, and abdomen.
💚Tension Relief: Many mums experience neck, shoulder, and back tension. Yoga can assist in alleviating these discomforts.
🩵Gentle Touch for Your Baby: Your little one will benefit from your soft touch and movement accompanied by nursery rhymes. You’ll also learn massage techniques to relieve gas and colic pain while boosting digestion and immunity.
💙Socialising: Connect with other local mums and their babies, sharing tips, ideas, and making new friendships.

This course offers a gentle introduction to the fundamentals of yoga. You will receive ample guidance and clear explanations of various methods and terminology. Throughout the course, you will learn foundational yoga poses, breathing techniques, meditation, and key principles of the practice, enabling you to further develop, learn, and nurture both your body and mind.
