Mum and Baby Yoga is a wonderful opportunity for
❤️Bonding: Mums will build confidence in handling and communicating with their babies.
🧡Breathing and Relaxation: You’ll learn breathing techniques during Yoga that help soothe and calm both mind and body.
💛Strength and Mobility: Practicing Yoga reintroduces exercise for your post-pregnancy body, strengthening and toning muscles, especially in the pelvic floor, glutes, and abdomen.
💚Tension Relief: Many mums experience neck, shoulder, and back tension. Yoga can assist in alleviating these discomforts.
🩵Gentle Touch for Your Baby: Your little one will benefit from your soft touch and movement accompanied by nursery rhymes. You’ll also learn massage techniques to relieve gas and colic pain while boosting digestion and immunity.
💙Socialising: Connect with other local mums and their babies, sharing tips, ideas, and making new friendships.
🤱You can join us with your baby starting from 10 weeks old
🌿After each session, enjoy complimentary herbal tea and cookies while chatting with other mums and their babies.
