A few from the meadow today, as been out there with friends enjoying the sun.

Also had a wonderful forest bathing experience this morning. So good to unplug for a few hours and enjoy nature as intended.

How are you all feeling?

Its great to be back.

What would you wish for today?

It's Earth day so I hope you manage some time outside to appreciate the natural beauty that can surround us, maybe pause and listen to the sounds around you?

Maybe have some time this evening free of technology and just candles for lighting? Enjoy the flame and the warmth they can bring. (Just make sure you blow them out!)

Currently the sun is shining, the wind is blowing and everywhere looks so magical, appreciate what you can from where you are.

May you have a day of being kind to yourself and others.

What makes you smile?

For me I love being in nature, love sharing things with others and helping others on their healing journeys. (Currently enjoying a cat cuddles with one of my fur babies whilst admiring the sun ) This week I am looking forward to one to one reiki sessions, and a two hour special one to one these are designed for you to relax over two hours with treatments that are right for you. I wish you a wonderful day. For some reason I can't create spaces between sentences 🙈 and have no access to my personal facebook account currently. Do something that makes you smile today and I thank you for being here.
