What an amazing week I had last week,thank you to everyone who was a part of it,

This week is a little more chilled over all, but I adore what I do and couldn't do it without you.

Last night's beautiful yoga and sound healing with Naomi Seager was wonderful, thank you to all who booked.

Tomorrow I have a couple of spaces on our monthly sound healing and or drum gathering if you fancy some relaxation.

How are you all?

This week is a lovely one with breathwork and sound this evening (full)
Midweek mini retreat tomorrow (full)
Yoga and sound on friday (full)
Sound healing and drum circle on Sunday a few spaces left if you fancy some relaxation.

In-between these beautiful events I have time to relax and be present, along with offering one to one holistic therapies for those who enjoy and maybe need a relaxing session before the Christmas season fully kicks in.

Wishing you all a lovely weekend and hope you are able to do and enjoy something that makes you smile.

Something that can give you a mini reset ,smile, laughter, feeling grateful and sometimes just focusing on our breathing can help massively.

The picture below was from the meadow yesterday, the new borders are taking shape and it was lovely to enjoy some sunshine.

Today I am having a day off to focus on Christmas. Tomorrow I am doing reiki for clients yay.

Hi, We started this business in July 2019, and it sits well next to my other business cloud nine therapies, with lots of cross over, so I have decided it will make more sense to merge the two and keep it simple for all of us.

As some of you may of noticed I have changed my header to reflect what I will be offering from 2021, as Covid 19 has prevented events this year. The main thing is for everyone to stay safe and well.

Day retreats and workshops will be available through March - October next year, dates all being added to my website as I get these all put together for you.

For me I love being able to offer holistic events and for people to experience what they are all about, so whether its a 2 hour event or a whole day one, it will be holistic in what we offer, Could be a talk on health and how you can help your body, could be reiki or talking about Chakras and so much more.
