Last night's sunset, so stunning and ever changing.

Today we will be enjoying A magical alignment day retreat and I for one am excited, I love the collaborations I have with others they are so meaningful.

I wish you all a wonderful day, and hope you find moments to smile and apprecaite the things around you.

Next Sunday we have Gut Health and relaxation day retreat this is another collaboration with a nutritional therapist and will be a day being mindful and learning about how you can make small changes to help your gut, along with relaxation.

Lovely sunny start again today.

How will you be spending time today?

I hope you have things that make you smile throughout your day, maybe a pop of colour from some flowers, or watching a bird of prey, or maybe something a friend says or does.

Whatever it brings i hope you find happiness or peace.

I am very much looking forward to Saturday's day retreat A magical alignment day retreat we have 1 space left if this is calling you.

Also offer have a space for Sundays Meditation and Sound Healing if its for you, a wonderful two hours of guided meditation, followed by sound healing, then a nice herbal tea and gentle chatter to gather yourself before heading into your day.

What a beautiful afternoon Forest bathing and Sound healing

Thank you to all who booked and came we so enjoyed magical sunshine, a wonderfully Forest Bathing lead by Ann from Boundaries beyond.

Finishing with Sound Healing with the birds all joining in...utter bliss.

I am already looking forward to the next one when the bluebells will be out..let me know if you would like me to let you know the date.

A wonderful relaxing evening on Tuesday for our monthly breathwork and sound healing.

Then a gorgeous gentle midweek mini retreat last night was also enjoyed, forgot to snap a photo, but we enjoyed, a guided meditation, followed by reiki, then a reiki drum journey and finishing the evening with Oracle cards.

Today I've had a planning meeting for the amazing A magical alignment day retreat so we are all ready for you, and just 1 space remaining.

Tomorrow will be baking a cake and or making energy balls for the Sound and Silence afternoon Forest bathing, treelaxation and sound healing, still space if you would like to book and relax for a few hours in magical woodland.

Next week looking forward to one to one therapies.

Update May 2020

Hi, We started this business in July 2019, and it sits well next to my other business cloud nine therapies, with lots of cross over, so I have decided it will make more sense to merge the two and keep it simple for all of us.

As some of you may of noticed I have changed my header to reflect what I will be offering from 2021, as Covid 19 has prevented events this year. The main thing is for everyone to stay safe and well.

Day retreats and workshops will be available through March - October next year, dates all being added to my website as I get these all put together for you.

For me I love being able to offer holistic events and for people to experience what they are all about, so whether its a 2 hour event or a whole day one, it will be holistic in what we offer, Could be a talk on health and how you can help your body, could be reiki or talking about Chakras and so much more.
