✨ Two soul-soothing sound bath sessions yesterday at Goldney were nothing short of magical.

We gathered in stillness, surrounded by nature’s quiet embrace, and journeyed together through sound and breath. The waterfall welcomed us with its gentle roar—cleansing, reenergising, and washing away the weight we didn’t need to carry.

There was laughter, release, and deep peace. We left lighter, clearer, and more connected—to ourselves, to each other, and to the moment.

I host both day and evening sound bath sessions on Fridays, and each one offers a chance to pause, reset, and reconnect. If you want to join us please message me.

✨ Growth isn’t always graceful it frowns, stretches, and stirs. But when you lean in, the Universe listens. And lately… it’s been answering in the most unexpected, soul-nourishing ways.
