Hi, I’m Sarai (you can also call me Saz!) 💛 the founder of The Balanced Method.

I’ve spent years immersed in the the study of health and wellness, but for a long time, I still felt stuck. Despite everything I knew, I was out of sync with my body—trapped in cycles of stress, bouncing between being over and underweight, and unsure of how to truly take control of my health.

Life felt like a constant juggling act: work, relationships, self-care—all without balance.

Through trial, error, and a LOT of research, I finally realized that true health isn’t about perfection. It’s about alignment—bringing your body, mind, and energy together to work in balance.

That’s how The Balanced Method was born—a realistic approach that empowers you to create balance through:
