January doesn’t need more pressure.
It needs grounding, steadiness, and space to land.

This Sunday evening, I’m holding a Ground & Reset soundbath designed specifically for this point in the year — when the body is tired, the mind is noisy, and everything feels like it’s asking for your attention at once.

This session is about:
• calming an overactive nervous system
• releasing emotional and physical tension held in the body
• feeling safe, settled, and supported
• gently anchoring into the year ahead without force

Using crystal singing bowls, the sounds work through the body to help you drop out of your head and into deep rest. Many people say they sleep better that night and feel noticeably lighter in the days after.
