⁉️ Where will you be doing the analysis and re education? ⁉️

This is done Fortis Performance gym

⁉️ Is there free parking and facilities available?⁉️

Yes there is free parking, toilets and showers available in the gym

⁉️ Is there ongoing support after the analysis?⁉️

Yes I am always happy to offer on going support with your running journey through a range of techniques as shown during the reeducation sessions. There is always the opportunity to join the gym as a member if you wanted to continue your strength training there

‼️Running Gait and Movement Analysis Packages‼️

These packages have been created looking at your whole body whilst you run and move, not just looking at your feet. As your body works as a big kinetic chain and if one aspect of your body isn’t working then you are more prone to injury.

Running Gait and Movement Analysis Assessment👣🏃🏼‍♀️
This session is a one hour assessment, in which I look at not only your running gait but also look at how you move doing some dynamic movements. At the end of the assessment we discuss all my findings on how your body moves and what can help to make you a more efficient, faster and less injury prone runner.

Running Gait and Movement Analysis Assessment and Reeducation 👣🏃🏼‍♀️
This package includes the assessment as described above, followed up by a further 5 one hour sessions where we work on reeducation of your running and movement patterns. This puts into practice everything that has been noticed during the assessment. There will also be a home training program included in this package to help the progress of the reeducation
