Recent client chris came in with lower back/SI joint issues running into outer hip. Years of lifting heavy (particularly on legs) cause increase tensions and limited movements around pelvis.
45 minutes later and already a huge difference in movement and reduced pain ☑️ excited to get Chris back firing on all cylinders in the gym 💪🏽
