Earlier this year, Deputy Store Manager Ella Fearnley stepped up when crisis struck in store and saved a customer’s life.

Giving CPR until the ambulance crew arrived, they confirmed the worst would have happened without Ella’s diligence and intervention.

Massive thank you to the team at Tiny Rockers for having me in to deliver their Adult Emergency First Aid course ⛑️

It’s always brilliant working with teams who genuinely care about the safety of the children and families they support every single day.

First aid can feel overwhelming. People often worry about “what if I get it wrong?” or “what if it’s not a good outcome?” — and that fear is completely normal. But confidence comes from knowledge, and knowledge comes from training.
