🩺 Basic Life Support Training Completed! 🩺

Today I had the pleasure of delivering a Basic Life Support (BLS) course to a fantastic group of professionals at a local Primary Care Network of GPs.

We covered essential, life-saving skills including:
✔️ CPR
✔️ Use of an AED
✔️ Managing unresponsive casualties
✔️ Scene safety & risk awareness
✔️ Choking
✔️ Anaphylaxis

It was a hands-on, practical session designed to build confidence and ensure fast, effective action in a real emergency.

A huge well done to everyone who took part – great engagement and brilliant teamwork throughout!

A fantastic site, doing amazing work full of lots of wonderful people. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly.

Looking forward to raising awareness about this great charity - a charity that has helped my friend and neigbour not only recover from his illness but truly become himself again.

It will also be a great opportunity to deliver accredited courses at a huge discount whilst raising funds for their much needed work.

A lovely day, what a fantastic community that ForFarmers UK Preston has built and I’m so glad to be part of it. Full of wonderful people all wanting to help others. Out of all the wonderful stalls and attractions there today I was truly and pleasantly surprised at how many young people wanted to come and learn or practice life saving skills. Thank you to everyone for the efforts today.

This maybe an old article but a similar incident occurred recently quite local to me. Its a timely reminder that having the right training, that is memorable really can save a life!

A MAN in his 50s has been airlifted to the Royal Bolton Hospital in a critical state after collapsing at David Lloyd gym in the town centre.
