Please come along to our "Refocus & Renew" group that is going to be starting Friday 24th October - Friday 21st November 1pm - 2:30pm. This is a 6wk course for parents that may be struggling with low mood, confidence, self-esteem and stress.

This course is for females and males. If you are interested in coming along, please contact our Family Hub on 01257 516316 and speak to our staff.
