Great Live Blood analysis today , what you can see is the blood magnified using a dark field microscope , this person had difficulty breaking down toxins , the white circles are the white blood cells , at the end you can see a large white crystal which we call a cholesterol crystal so this person needed less saturated fat in the diet and some supplements to help support cholesterol and digest fats better .

Digestion made "simple": where each nutrient gets in

Your gut isn’t just one tube. Different nutrients are absorbed at different checkpoints. Here’s the simple breakdown:

1️⃣ Mouth & Stomach

Carbs begin breaking down with salivary amylase.

Proteins start with stomach acid + pepsin.

Vitamin B12 binds to intrinsic factor here.
🟢 Example: Without stomach acid, B12 can’t be absorbed properly.

2️⃣ Liver & Gallbladder

Bile salts emulsify fats, making them easier for enzymes to digest.
🟢 Example: Bile acts like dish soap, breaking fats into smaller droplets.

3️⃣ Pancreas

Sends enzymes into the small intestine: amylases for carbs, proteases for protein, lipases for fat.
🟢 Example: These enzymes finish the job of turning food into absorbable units.

4️⃣ Duodenum (first section of small intestine)

Carbs → disaccharides.

Proteins → amino acids.

Fats → monoglycerides + fatty acids.
🟢 Example: This is where most chemical digestion happens.

5️⃣ Jejunum (middle small intestine)

Main absorption zone: sugars, amino acids, iron, calcium, folate, and fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K).
🟢 Example: Low stomach acid or no bile means nutrients here get poorly absorbed.

6️⃣ Ileum (end of small intestine)

Vitamin B12 + intrinsic factor absorbed.

Bile salts recycled back to the liver.
🟢 Example: People with Crohn’s disease affecting the ileum often end up B12 deficient.

7️⃣ Colon (large intestine)

Absorbs water, sodium, potassium, and leftover bile salts.
🟢 Example: This is why diarrhea causes dehydration. Water absorption fails here.

Each nutrient has its own “checkpoint” along the gut. Carbs, proteins, and fats mostly absorb in the jejunum, B12 in the ileum, and water + electrolytes in the colon. Smooth digestion depends on stomach acid, bile, enzymes, and every section of the gut working in sync.

🤯 The Amazing Human Liver

The liver is a marvel of biology, performing over 500 vital functions to keep your body healthy. Weighing only 3 pounds, the liver works tirelessly to process nutrients, detoxify harmful substances, and regulate countless bodily processes.

1️⃣ A Regenerative Wonder ✨

The liver is unique in its ability to regenerate. If up to 75% of its tissue is removed or damaged—say, due to surgery or injury, it can regrow to its full size in just weeks, as long as the remaining portion is healthy.

2️⃣ A Metabolic Powerhouse ⚡

The liver is your body’s metabolic command center. It processes carbohydrates, proteins, and fats from your diet into usable forms.

🍬 It converts excess glucose into glycogen and stores it (glycogenesis).
💥 When blood sugar drops, the liver breaks down glycogen (glycogenolysis) or synthesizes glucose from amino acids (gluconeogenesis) to keep energy levels stable.

It also produces about 1 liter of bile daily 🫒, which is stored in the gallbladder to emulsify fats in the small intestine, aiding digestion.

3️⃣ The Ultimate Detox Machine 🧪

Your liver neutralizes toxins like alcohol, medications, and environmental pollutants.

🔹 Phase I: Enzymes like cytochrome P450 oxidize toxins, making them reactive.
🔹 Phase II: The liver conjugates these compounds with molecules like glutathione, rendering them harmless for elimination via urine or bile.

This detox process handles everything from a glass of wine 🍷 to ammonia produced during protein metabolism.

4️⃣ Blood Manager Extraordinaire 🩸

The liver filters about 1.4 liters of blood per minute through its sinusoids, specialized blood vessels that process blood from the digestive tract via the hepatic portal vein.

🫀 It stores roughly 13% of your blood supply, ready to release during exertion or blood loss.
♻️ It breaks down old red blood cells (hemolysis), recycling iron for new hemoglobin.
🧬 It produces plasma proteins like albumin (maintains blood volume) and clotting factors like fibrinogen (wound healing).

5️⃣ A Nutrient Storage Vault 📦

The liver stockpiles essential nutrients: vitamins A, D, E, K, B12, plus minerals like iron and copper.

🥕 Enough vitamin A can be stored to last months—supporting vision and immune health.
🌞 Vitamin D is activated into 25-hydroxyvitamin D before further processing in the kidneys.

6️⃣ Cholesterol and Hormone Regulator 🌀

The liver synthesizes about 80% of your body’s cholesterol, vital for cell membranes and hormones like estrogen and testosterone.

It converts cholesterol into bile acids or packages it into lipoproteins (LDL, HDL) for blood transport.
It also metabolizes hormones, breaking down excess insulin or cortisol to maintain balance ⚖️—crucial for metabolism and stress responses.

7️⃣ Resilient Yet Silent 🕊️

The liver can function with up to 70% damage without immediate symptoms.

Its vast network of hepatocytes compensates for lost function, but this also means diseases like hepatitis or fatty liver disease can progress silently, as the liver lacks pain receptors.

🩺 Regular checkups (liver function tests measuring ALT & AST) are vital to catch issues early.

I have seen so many people last week who have fatigue, when looking through the microscope viewing the blood I see so many red blood cells clumped together, this means many things but primarily those people don’t have the voltage in their cells to activate the energy required, so what is needed to activate the voltage, ? many things are involved but a simple solution is to increase your sodium, potassium, magnesium and phosphorus, they give you the voltage to separate the clumped red cells

🌐 The Digital Revolution: At What Cost?

5G and the Internet of Things are being deployed at record speed—without comprehensive safety studies or public oversight.

Meanwhile, EMF exposure continues to climb in every home, school, and workplace.
The old rules of toxicology no longer apply. This is a wake-up call.

📌 Let’s bring health and environmental integrity back into the conversation.

As we race ever further toward hyperconnectivity, a secret experiment is unfolding—one that is highly likely reshaping our health and ecosystems without our consent. An experiment with serious and devastating health and environmental impacts

Magnesium GLYCINATE
*… is helpful for relaxation
*… has a good absorption rate
*… helps with leaky gut
*… relieves nerve pain

Magnesium glycinate and magnesium bisglycinate are essentially the same thing; they are both chelated forms of magnesium, where magnesium is bound to the amino acid glycine.

The term "bisglycinate" specifically indicates that two glycine molecules are bound to one magnesium ion, while "magnesium glycinate" is the more common, general term. When someone refers to "magnesium glycinate," they are typically referring to the bisglycinate form, which is the fully reacted and better-absorbed version.

Your liver is everything at the clinic we always discuss liver cleansing, it’s one aspect of helping your drainage pathways detox the impurities that you breathe and consume .

It’s the key to everything you want in your health — every transformation, every healing journey, every reset begins here.

Once your liver’s running smoothly, everything else can finally line up:
✔ detox
✔ cleansing
✔ balancing
✔ healing
✔ better digestion
✔ clearer skin
✔ sharper thinking
✔ better hormones
✔ stronger energy

The liver is the gatekeeper of health — it filters, processes, balances, and clears so your body can thrive.

Remember: your body has an extraordinary ability to heal and rejuvenate. And the #1 system ready to make that happen is your Liver .
