Wimbledon starts this week – and whether you’re a tennis fan or just love a bit of summer sport, it’s a great reminder of how fun movement can be 🎾!

Tennis (or even just hitting a ball around in the park!) is a brilliant way to get active – and at Slimming World, we call that Body Magic. It’s our unique physical activity support programme, designed to help you build activity into your life in a way that feels right for you.

Well we did it 💪

Husband did 10k then ran with the younger 2 kids as they did their 5k pretty muddy then joined me and my eldest and did the 5k pretty muddy! The weather was appalling but it didn't stop us! With the help and support of our amazing friends and family we all smashed it!

Good evening, something a little different. Myself, husband, 3 children and a group of our friends will be attending race for life in Preston on Saturday doing various events.
