9-10:30 Yoga with Samara over looking the ocean upstairs a full 1.5 hours to enjoy an uplifting and strengthening flow that moves into healing restorative poses before marinating in the beautiful energy you’ve created with a long shavasana and sound meditation.

10:45am over to for the salty frolicking we all adore. Snack & tea provided.

11:50am Finished and feeling fresh!! Why not book a table for lunch and enjoy a cold glass of… something delicious 😏

It’s only bloomin Valentine’s “EVE” for this Thursdays class - oh I do love a little theme! If ever there was an excuse for me to massage you, play some love songs, do heart opening poses, maybe leave a little treat on your mat AND actually blow smoke up your arse (let’s get the sage stick out 😜), then it’s today!
