You algorithm is about to be flooded with wild wellness claims and 'new year, new rules' energy 😅
Before you take any of it on, here are a few reminders to help you sort what’s helpful from what’s just noise:
• Progress over perfection — small steps are key
• You don’t have to start in January (or on a Monday) - the aim is to still be doing whatever you're changing this time next year, and the years after!
• Consistency beats going all-in and burning out
• The right support at the right time can be a game-changer (support could be anything: joining a group, asking a friend, seeking professional services, a journal)
• Health has no place for guilt, shame, or judgment - if it feels bad, it's not likely to last - you deserve health to feel joyful!
• Curate your algorithm to work for you, make you feel good, inspire and support you - ditch everything else
Your health isn’t a trend, a challenge, or a deadline. It’s personal, flexible, and allowed to evolve.
Choose what supports you — and feel free to ignore the rest.
