Sensory change is the idea that we as parents can help our children to overcome sensory integration issues and re-wire the connections in the brain were those connections are missing. I would love to help parents of children with sensory integration issues and share my success story and resources with you and at the same time raise awareness of the areas disciplines and resources in which we as p

arents can change the future of our children. I created this group to share information and resources with parents and give hope to others that change is possible.

When your child closes their eyes and tries to catch a ball, something incredible happens inside their brain.
Without vision to rely on, the brain is forced to use its internal GPS — tracking where the hand is, how fast the ball is moving, and timing the catch down to the millisecond.
That’s not just coordination.
That’s focus. That’s processing speed. That’s the same circuit that helps them sit still in class, read without losing their place, and regulate their emotions when things get hard.
Most kids who struggle with attention, learning, or behaviour have one thing in common — this circuit never got properly trained.
The good news? It’s trainable. At any age.
Comment CEREBELLUM below and we’ll send you our free lesson on exactly how to strengthen this part of the brain at home — with simple games just like this one.

Anxious for no reason. Exhausted all the time.
Everyone said he’d grow out of it.
Nobody checked his cranial nerves.
The cranial nerves control everything — how your child regulates emotions, processes sensory input, sleeps, eats, and connects with the world around them.
When they’re not functioning properly, your child’s nervous system is stuck in survival mode. Not because of behavior. Not because of parenting. Because of an overloaded brain that never got the right support.
This is what we work on inside Hopeful Neuron.
If your child struggles with any of these 👇
— Anxiety or emotional dysregulation
— Chronic fatigue or low energy
— Sensory overwhelm
— Sleep issues
— Social or communication challenges
Drop NEURO in the comments and I’ll send you the resource that explains exactly where to start. 🧠

Most parents and therapists are doing all the right exercises — the crawling, the rocking, the rolling. And they’re still not seeing the results they expected. The child is still dysregulated. Still struggling in school. Still reactive.

It’s not the program. It’s not your consistency. It’s that the nervous system isn’t ready to receive the work.

That’s where the Big 6 come in. These are the six foundational pillars that have to be in place before reflex integration can actually hold

I don’t refer people often. But when I do, I mean it.
Dr. Nick Dale is someone I trust. He’s a naturopath based in London and Suffolk with over 35 years of experience — and what sets him apart is that he goes deep. He’s looking at what’s actually driving what you’re seeing in your child. Gut, nutrition, nervous system, all of it.

The Cerebellum controls -
One. Movement — every smooth, coordinated action your child makes.
Two. Balance — staying upright without thinking.
Three. Timing — your brain’s internal clock, down to the millisecond.
Four. Rhythm — clapping, dancing, keeping beat.
Five. Motor learning — riding a bike, tying shoes, muscle memory.
Six. Eye tracking — following a ball, reading a line of text.
Seven. Speech timing — the precise muscle coordination behind every word.
Eight. Attention — yes, the cerebellum helps your child focus.
Nine. Emotional regulation — mood swings and anxiety connect here too.
Ten. Sensory processing — filtering noise, light, and touch.
Eleven. Predicting outcomes — your brain runs constant predictions. This is where they start.
Twelve. Working memory — following multi-step instructions.
Thirteen. Social timing — knowing when to speak, pause, and listen.
Fourteen. Processing speed — how fast your child thinks and responds.

When your child can’t sit still, can’t stay on task, can’t follow through — everyone points to attention. But attention isn’t the starting point. Regulation is

So when your child zones out, shuts down, or bounces off the walls — that’s not defiance. That’s a nervous system saying I’m not regulated enough to learn right now.

The fix isn’t more reminders, more consequences, or more screen time limits. It’s getting the brain regulated first — and there are specific ways to do that.

Follow for exactly how. I break it down simply so you can use it today..

Don’t see anyone saying this but I will.
Your child isn’t struggling with focus.
They’re struggling with reflexes.
When primitive reflexes don’t integrate, the brain never gets the foundation it needs to pay attention, sit still, or process information — no matter how hard your child tries.
It’s not a behavior problem.
It’s a brain wiring problem.
And it’s fixable.

Don’t see anyone saying this but I will.
Your child isn’t speech delayed.
They’re reflex delayed.
When primitive reflexes don’t integrate the way they should, the brain stays stuck in survival mode — and that affects everything. Speech. Focus. Emotional regulation. Coordination. Even sleep.
Most parents are chasing symptoms.
This course gets to the root.
I’m giving away my Primitive Reflex Integration course for FREE — step-by-step exercises you can start at home today.

Can’t sit? Can’t focus?
Your child’s brain might not feel their body.
Most parents are told it’s a behavior problem. Or ADHD. Or just “how they are.”
But there’s a system deep in the brain responsible for helping your child feel stable, grounded, and safe in their own body. When it’s weak — they move constantly. They can’t settle. They can’t focus. Not because they won’t. Because their brain is too busy searching for stability to do anything else.
And the hardest part? Most parents never find out this is even a thing.
Comment “WHAT” and I’ll send you exactly what this system is — and what you can do about it.
