Sensory Change

Sensory Change If your child has Autism,ADHD, sensory issues or learning difficulties join our program and start mak

Sensory change is the idea that we as parents can help our children to overcome sensory integration issues and re-wire the connections in the brain were those connections are missing. I would love to help parents of children with sensory integration issues and share my success story and resources with you and at the same time raise awareness of the areas disciplines and resources in which we as parents can change the future of our children. I created this group to share information and resources with parents and give hope to others that change is possible.

🌟 Is your child’s nervous system struggling? 🌟

Your child’s ability to feel safe is deeply connected to your own nervous system. When you’re in constant stress, your little one picks up on it, affecting their world view. 🧠✨ Don’t just rely on therapies—let’s work together to create a nurturing environment where they can truly thrive.

We refused to rely on braces for scoliosis and chose a holistic approach instead. Using specific exercises I crafted, combined with innovative technology, we retrained the nervous system and transformed the spine naturally. The journey wasn’t just about posture—it changed our lives, improving movement, confidence, and overall wellbeing.

Discover a simple, powerful way to support your child’s brain development at home. By combining gentle eye movements with mouth and tongue vibrations, you can “laser” the cerebellum—helping your child improve focus, coordination, and calm in just a few minutes a day. No screens, no gadgets—just targeted exercises that train the brain to organize itself naturally. Perfect for children struggling with attention, low tone, or sensory challenges.

Most parents miss these early red flags… did you?

Doesn’t like tummy time

Crawls on their bottom instead of hands and knees

Walks but keeps falling

Avoids using one hand

Struggles with balance or coordination

What seems ‘normal’ might actually be a signal your child needs support. Early action makes all the difference!”

You don’t need expensive devices to support your child’s cerebellum.
The cerebellum responds best to movement, timing, balance, and coordination — and a simple tennis ball can give all of that when used the right way.
Throwing, catching, rolling, tracking with the eyes, crossing the midline…
These are not “basic games.”
They are powerful cerebellar inputs that support:
• balance and posture
• attention and regulation
• coordination and learning
• smoother movement and better body awareness
When exercises are playful, your child’s nervous system stays regulated — and that’s when real progress happens.
Start simple. Stay consistent. Make it fun.

“I strongly disagree that progress is about adding more exercises.
Your child’s nervous system doesn’t develop in isolation—it develops through co-regulation with yours.

When you’re overwhelmed, rushed, or dysregulated, your child feels it.
When you’re calm, present, and connected, their system can finally settle and learn.

Progress isn’t about doing more.
It’s about being regulated first.

💛 If you’re a mum who wants simple, realistic ways to regulate your nervous system (even on hard days),
👉 follow me / save this reel / comment “REGULATE” and I’ll share practical tips you can actually use.”

Stop wasting money on 2-week intensives that leave you guessing. What if one day could give you a clear plan for your child’s progress in 2026?

We know how it feels—trying everything, feeling overwhelmed, and seeing little to no change. You love your child, you’re doing your best, but the guessing, the trial-and-error, it just wears you down.

That’s why we created Breakthrough Day—a single, intensive day designed to:
Calm your child’s nervous system so they’re ready to learn
Map out how their brain is actually working, including cerebellum function and brain coordination
Identify which primitive reflexes or developmental areas need support
Assess vestibular processing and core strength to improve balance, coordination, and learning
Give you a clear, step-by-step plan you can follow immediately
No guessing. No wasted money. Just clarity.

The Big 6 isn’t just about pain.
It’s about keeping you strong—physically, neurologically, emotionally.
When your nervous system is regulated, your mind is clearer.
When your body is stable, your anxiety eases.
When you are strong, your child feels safe.
This isn’t selfish.
It’s survival—and leadership.
You don’t need to push harder.
You need a system that supports your body daily.
Strong mums don’t ignore themselves.
They train their nervous system—because their child depends on it.
Start with you.

Most parents think progress comes from more tools, more tech, more therapy.
But the real breakthroughs happen when your child feels safe, seen, and connected to you.
The brain doesn’t learn through pressure.
It learns through relationship.
This is why our intensives work.
Not because of devices…
but because connection comes first. ❤️

Early in life, primitive reflexes control eye and body movements as part of survival wiring. As the brain matures, these reflexes should integrate so higher brain areas can manage smooth, coordinated, intentional vision.
When reflexes like ATNR, STNR, TLR, Moro, and Galant remain active, they can interfere with eye tracking, focusing, eye teaming, and visual endurance. This often affects reading, learning, posture, and coordination.
Key message:
Many visual challenges are rooted in unfinished reflex integration, and improving vision often requires addressing the brain–body connection, not just the eyes themselves.
