As a full time working, single mum of 3 I often felt exhausted, figuring this was simply part and parcel of the cards i’d been dealt. The early mornings, late nights, the home work, errands, chores, the work life balance being all out of whack.
I often get bouts of severe anemia that leave me utterly wiped out, palpitations, restless legs, breathless with simple tasks and getting out of bed in the mornings was a mission that felt like climbing a mountain. The usual supplements just didn’t seem to cut it.
Then I discovered a B12 technician offering shots locally and decided it was worth ‘a shot’ to see if it helped. Boy did it!! I started with one a month, a little pick me up but after a couple of weeks I could feel it wearing off and me returning to my previous zombie like state.
