A chakra dancing group full of self-expression and members of all experiences is set to host another dance group next month.

ONLY 2 SPACES LEFT FOR THE CACAO & CHAKRA DANCING CEREMONY ON THURSDAY 4TH JAN @ 7PM.

Start the new year with a ceremony that will allow you to set your intentions for the year ahead, and allow you to let go of anything that does not service you anymore.

On the evening we will;

Have cacao ceremony with a guided journaling session.
A guided mediation for letting go and bringing in the new.
Chakra dancing to celebrating our new choices and calling in the energy of manifestation and love.

You will want to bring a journal and a pen, a mat to lay on for the meditation and a warm blanket.

Bring your favourite mug for the Cacao.
