The new support group ‘Young Minds’ is for people under 65 years old, diagnosed with young onset dementia starts next Thursday the 5th February.
The group will be located at TSSS, The Stroke & Wellness Centre, 85 Frinton Road, Holland on sea. Essex CO15 5UH❤️
