You will receive a warm welcome from the staff and volunteers that support this community event each month. ❤️

Today is National Stroke Awareness Day ❤️
The attached video demonstrates one of the many activities our clients complete as part of our weekly seated Yoga sessions called the ‘Lion Posture’. This action relieves stress, aids neck muscles and vocal chords ❤️

Great news! We will be resuming our Friendship Lunches on a weekly basis at our centre from Wednesday the 5th November.
The cost will increase to £7 per person to cover necessary overheads. Great value for a two course meal with Tea or Coffee and new friendships!
Please make sure you put your name down by the day before (Tuesday 5pm), as the capacity cut off is 30 persons.

Tendring Specialist Stroke Services held their annual AGM last night.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone that attended to show their support for the very important service our charity provides for people that have experienced a stroke, their carers, the family network, and the wider community.
We look now forward to the exciting future service developments for TSSS and the many celebrations for our 50th anniversary in 2026.

Friends of the Estuary WI Group have kindly organised a fundraising ‘Carol Service’ at St Paul’s Church on the 15th December at 2pm.
Tickets need to be purchased in advance. £3 each.
All funds raised will be split between us at TSSS and St Paul’s Church.
