The last 10 years plus on my journey with weight issues, trauma, loss of loved ones, stop smoking, menopause and the list goes on.......
It's a lifetime journey, learning to change my ways through these periods and at times the weight will fluctuate. It's OK, it's learning what your behaviours & habits are at the text and make the changes.
To still have most of my eight off 10 years later is the main thing. Now to focus on me and sort out that little extra.

Slimming Worl is sustainable and easy to follow. It's ourselves we need to follow.....

Meet Trudy our new Diamond Member on our Saturday morning group at gt Clacton Community Centre on Valley Road
7am & 8.30am.
Truly has now maintained her target weight for a year, and I am proud of Trudy, she still comes to group to inspire others and also protect her loss, learning new recipes and more in group each week.
