It's been a while since I posted on this page, but I've been busy, studying. Im now a qualified personal trainer.

I'm interested to know who would be interested in a circuit training class. ? With a full stretch at the end? 90 minute class.

It would be a full body workout, to improve cardio, strength and flexibility

What you experience in your mind, you also experience in your body.

Trauma, stress, fear — they don’t just sit in our thoughts. They take up space in our fascia: the connective tissue that holds our muscles, nerves, and organs together.

This is why healing has to include the body — not just the mindset.

Yoga, movement, breathwork — these aren't just exercises. They're releases. They're resets.

Your body remembers. Let it speak. Let it let go.

About Holstic Therapy Cabin

The centre was borne out of the love for all things holistic. It’s a safe , almost sacred space that has been developed to ensure that the client gets the most from their experience. This experience is more than just a treatment. It’s a welcoming space that you can feel safe and relaxed in. A little bit of tranquillity away from the hustle and bustle of life. a space that nurtures your body, mind & spirit and offers a sense of healing with every treatment.

We use eastern holistic therapy approaches to help individuals find their internal power. We offer therapies that help to connect the mind, body spirit, through meditation, crystals and Reiki healing. We also offer holistic massage therapies to include Swedish, Indian Head and Natural face lift massage that also include a facial. We also offer Life coaching & spiritual mentoring.

We appreciate that true beauty shines from within and when you can free yourself from having to be validated from outside influences your true light can shine at it’s brightest. This light emanates your internal beauty.

We believe that we are a spirit , living in a human body, navigating a human experience. We are here to learn, not to be put upon. Throughout our time here on this earth, we will have been conditioned to think and behave in certain situations, in accordance to how others see the world.
