Clean water is a must for everyone. For too long now water companies have been rinsing (pardon the pun) money from consumers and paying huge bonuses to bosses who already are paid more in a month what most of us can earn in years!! Sign this petition and be heard!! Thatcher privatised our water! It’s time to take it back!!

We all know how important sleep is…
But do you know the role of dream sleep? 😴

Dream (REM) sleep plays a key part in how we process emotions, manage stress and support our mental wellbeing. When our sleep is disrupted, it can affect much more than just our energy levels.

To mark World Sleep Day on 13 March, we’re hosting a free online workshop – Sleep Well, Be Well, from the Mental Health Toolkit.

💛 Friday 13 March
💛 9.30–11am
💛 Online
💛 Free of charge, as part of our commitment to helping our community better understand how to look after their mental health.

We’ll explore:
• The connection between sleep and mental health
• Why sleep problems are so common
• Practical, realistic tools to improve your sleep

Tickets are free but limited - book now to secure your place:

Is it just me, or is the transition into Spring actually… a lot? 🌷🌀
We talk all about Winter Blues, but we don’t talk enough about the “Spring Shake-up.” The days are longer, the pressure to be “productive” is higher, and your internal clock is basically screaming at you to recalibrate. If you’re feeling tired-but-wired, you’re not failing at Spring—you’re just adjusting to it.
Here is your Spring Transition Checklist to help you thaw out without the burnout:
✅ Morning Light: Try for 10-15 mins of sun before noon to reset your internal clock.
✅ Consistency over Chaos: Keep your wake-up time steady, even if the sun is up earlier.
✅ Micro-Cleaning: Pick ONE drawer or corner a week. Don’t feel like you have to flip your whole house in a weekend.
✅ Digital Audit: Mute the accounts that make you feel like you aren’t “doing enough.”
✅ Grace for the Slump: Some days you’ll have “Spring Fever” energy; other days you’ll still need a nap. Both are okay.
Growth doesn’t happen at the flip of a switch. Give yourself permission to bloom at your own pace. 🌱✨
Which one of these are you leaning into this week? Let me know in the comments! 👇
