Join us for our next Nidra Nights session this Friday 1oth October, 7:15-8:15pm.

Yoga Nidra is a blissful practice whereby you lie down, fully supported by bolsters, pillows and blankets, and are guided through a meditation that relaxes the body and brings the mind to that sweet liminal space between sleeping and waking. This is an incredibly powerful way to honour rest and tend to our nervous system. Perfect for working with the waning lunar energy after Tuesday's super full moon in Aries.

REIKI LEVEL 1 WEEKEND

What an incredible weekend we've had with the most wonderful group of people. This weekend we welcomed 5 beautiful souls into the temple for Reiki level 1 training. Day 1 was all about the history, benefits, theory and way of life of Reiki and included an empowerment to prepare for the attunement on the following day. We also practiced the self healing hand positions.

Day 2 began with a sharing circle and then the attunements. It was amazing listening to everyone's experiences within the attunements and how (as always) individual they are. We then enjoyed lunch in the peace garden in the beautiful autumnal sunshine and then explored more theory in the afternoon followed by more self practice and then practicing on one another. They begin their 21 day integration journey today with an online platform sharing integration resources, meditations, yoga practices and research papers to support them during this time.

It was an absolute honour to guide this group on their Reiki journey and I can't wait to hear what unfolds for them. I don't take any photos of the group during the weekend as it's a sacred container.

Our next Reiki level 1 training is in April 2026, there is only a couple of spaces left so let me know if you are interested. Reiki level 2 practitioner training begins in March 2026 and is fully booked with a waitlist.

Our next full moon drumming circle is taking place on Friday 3rd October 7:15-8:30pm. These circles are so wonderfully uplifting and a great way to release some of that intense full moon energy. In this circle we will be connecting to the full moon in Aries.

You don't need any previous experience with drumming and you can borrow drums and shakers if you don't have your own. We also include Goddess and Proto Celtic chants as well as lots of free styling with our voice.

Join us in the Goddess Temple on Saturday 15th November 4-6pm for a cosy, candlelit Restorative Yoga workshop. In this 2 hour session Chelle will guide you through supported and dreamy poses to help release stress and tension from the body and bring stillness to the mind.

Cost: £30.00

Join us for our next round of in-person Women's Circle Facilitator Training taking place 22nd-23rd November in the Goddess Temple.

This training is for anyone who is feeling the call to offer women's circles and would like to learn how to hold space in an inclusive, ethical and trauma informed way. Understanding sacred structure is a really important part of holding successful women's circles, as well as boundaries and energetics. It is not as simple as just gathering people and inviting them to talk about their feelings - this actually creates unsafe space. We go through the many layers of holding beautiful and safe space. We will also be going through decolonizing and re-wilding the wheel of the year and why its modern presentation is so problematic. We will also look at the true energetics of the masculine and feminine (not the patriarchal versions we are so often sold) and how we can also honour the non-binary. We will also be covering how to make circles inclusive for our trans sisters! We will go deep with cyclical living, goddess & storytelling!

The cost of this course is £350 which includes the two in-person days, the online content and beautiful printed workbooks. Payment plans are available and can be discussed on an individual basis to suit you. A deposit of £50 is required to secure your space as this is for a small group of women. 🕯🍁🧙‍♀️ PRACTISING MAGICK WORKSHOP 🧙‍♀️🍁🕯

Join us on Sunday 2nd November, 10am-1pm in honour of Samhain for this witchy morning retreat with Chelle and Claire.

We will spend the first part of the morning creating aromatherapy candles and exploring seasonal aromatherapy and herbs. As the candles are setting we will then enjoy some creative time, exploring how to create grimoire pages to record our recipes, rituals and spells.

We are really excited to share this workshop with you. Seasonal refreshments will be included along with all the candle and grimoire craft supplies.

We are really excited to be offering the second installment of the Moving Myofascially workshops - this time having a deep dive into the Mighty Psoas!

In this workshop we will be exploring how to inject cutting edge anatomy and biomechanics understanding into your yoga practice (and classes if you're a teacher). Many styles of yoga still teach in a linear way, relying on outer body muscles to do the work which over time can cause strain on the joints and tension in our outer body muscles - it also locks us out of our true core power. When we learn how to move from our deep core line - the deep myofascial muscle meridian - we move from this true core, supporting our spine, taking pressure off the joints and the outer body (superficial body) and discover both a new lightness and strength in our yoga practice! (Wait till you see how this transforms stepping the foot forward from downdog!) Our Psoas plays a huge role in moving in this integrated way and developing authentic strength.

This workshop will follow on from the one earlier in the year but is also self contained so it doesn't matter if you attended the first one or not. For anyone who is interested in our 2026 yoga teacher training then this workshop provides a great introduction to the studio, Chelle and this style of yoga 🤗

This workshop is open to yoga students and teachers.

Michelle is a senior yoga teacher (500hr+) and teacher trainer. She has been practicing yoga for 20 years and teaching for 9. She also has 15 years experience as a sports and remedial massage therapist.

🐟♍ Wild Woman Circle - Awakening Your Inner Mystic - A Journey with the Hazel Tree - for the New Moon in Virgo ♍🐟

Our next wild woman circle is Sunday 24th August 6-8pm and will be in honour of the Hazel tree and welcoming in the new moon in Virgo. For this circle we will be connecting to our inner Mystic and the Druidic story of the Hazel tree and the Salmon of wisdom. We'll be exploring the Celtic otherworld and taking a journey to meet the ultimate tree of inspiration - Hazel.

We will explore these themes via drumming, meditation, singing (with proto Celtic) ritual and craft and a sharing circle.
