Are you curious about Reiki? Do you want to be attuned to this gentle yet powerful energy? Are you wanting to get started with a consistent meditation and mindfulness practice? Would you like to learn how to use Reiki for both self healing and offering healing to others? Then join us for our next round of Reiki Shoden - Level 1 training at our beautiful wellbeing studio in Claverley, Shropshire. Learning from a teacher with over 15 years of experience as both a Reiki Practitioner and Buddhist scripture and meditation teacher.

Reiki encompasses not only the practice of healing techniques but also a set of principles and attitudes for personal and spiritual growth. Whilst an aspect of Reiki involves the channeling of Ki through hands off/on healing, it also invites us to integrate the Reiki principles - the Precepts - into our daily lives. This is something we will be exploring in detail during the course of the weekend. Reiki level 1 also lays the foundation for going on to be a practitioner with level 2 (we recommend a 6-12 month gap between doing level 1 and level 2).

On day one we will be looking at the theory and history of Reiki connecting to the inspiring story of Usui Sensai and his students and the beautiful philosophy that he taught. Michelle will be giving each person an empowerment to gently introduce them to the reiki energy. We will then explore supportive practices to help strengthen the Hara - our seat of self - such as chanting the precepts, the meditation practice Joshin Kokyu Ho and the practice of dry bathing as well as exploring the three energy centres - Earth Ki, Heart Ki and Heavenly Ki. You will then be guided through the self healing sequence.

On day 2, Michelle will be giving the Reiki 1 attunement. There will then be plenty of time to once again explore the self healing sequence and to practice the same sequence on each other. We then explore Byosen scanning on self and others.

At the end of day 2 certificates will be awarded and everyone will be set up with the important 21 day integration practice.

Investment is £250 for the weekend - certificates, workbooks and online platform are included in this price. You will be set up with an online portal filled with supportive practices to help guide you before and after.

Please note this course does not involve Reiki mixed with mediumship/channeling/guides etc

Join us for a whole day dedicated to Goddess 👏🌸🕯

Many people have shared with us recently that they would like to deepen their connection to Goddess but they don't really know where to start. In this day retreat we will explore how to connect with and work with Goddess and what Goddess spirituality means in modern life.

We will explore devotional practices such as altars, prayers and ritual, how to create and maintain a relationship with Goddess and listen to how she speaks to us individually. We will also explore archetypes and reclaiming her stories and how to work safely.

The day will include lots of embodiment practices such as Goddess chants, drumming and movement practices. Chelle will also be giving Goddess energetic empowerments as part of the day too.

The day will also include some beautiful creative activities - we will be learning how to create mala beads with rose petals 😍😍😍 and how to work with sacred oils and creating our very own Goddess oil to take home.

Michelle is an ordained Priestess of Goddess with Motherhouse of the Goddess and is in her 7th year of Priestess training. She is dedicated to Brigid, Morgana, Mary Magdalene and Hekate.

This day retreat is running 10am-4pm in the Goddess Temple and is £75.00.

REIKI CIRCLE | SUNDAY 10TH MAY | 10-11AM | £10

Join us for on Sunday 10th May for our first Reiki Circle. These circles are open to reiki students and practitioners and anyone with an interest in Reiki. Different to a Reiki Share these circles will explore a teaching and guided meditation based on the Reiki precepts. As part of the circle we will engage in chanting the Reiki precepts in Japanese - a very powerful and grounding practice. We will then explore a meditation and physical practice for cleansing and restoring our energy. This will then flow into a discussion circle and a space to ask any questions. We will close the circle with a loving kindness practice and prayers for world peace.

These circles are held by Reiki Master and Buddhist teacher Michelle Boxley who has over 15 years of experience as a reiki practitioner and Buddhist scripture/meditation teacher 🌸

Ta da!!

Welcome to our new shop area featuring the most wonderful collection of crystals, ethical clothing, artwork from local artists and hand poured folklore candles. We are open this week Tuesday 10am-1pm and Thursday 9:30am-12:30pm if you would like to come and have a mooch. The Goddess temple and yoga shala are also open if you'd like to enjoy the space for quiet reflection 🙏

Exciting things are happening in the shop 😍 Our crystal table is over flowing and we have the arrival of these stunning Wild Goddess candles. Each candle comes with it's own folklore/mythic story and the scents are incredible. Our shop is open over the weekend for clients and workshop attendees and then we will be open to the public tuesday next week, 10am-1pm and Thursday 9:30am-12:30pm 🤗

We are having a move around to make space for our new shop 'Papermoon Holistics'. The therapy room is now in the 3rd room and the shop will now be in the first room as you enter. Can't wait to show you! 👏

We've had such a beautiful weekend for our women's circle facilitator training. Such a heart felt and wholesome weekend with such wonderful souls who are going to craft the most beautiful circles 😍

After the easter break we are going to be opening up on weekdays to allow people to look in the shop and also make use of the Goddess Temple for quiet reflection, journaling, choosing oracle cards and meditation. We also have a peace garden with lots of bird visitors.

We will be open on Tuesdays 10am-1pm and Thursdays 9:30am-12:30pm. The shop will also be open on Saturday afternoons when we don't have trainings on 🤗

These sessions start from Tuesday 14th April onwards.

Join Chelle for a whole morning dedicated to alignment 🤗

ALIGNMENT WORKSHOP | SUNDAY 12th APRIL | 10AM-12PM

Join me for this two hour workshop dedicated to alignment. During this two hour session we will have the time and space to break down a selection of yoga poses and the transitions between them. This kind of detail isn't always possible in a weekly class and so it's wonderful to be able to do this in a workshop format. The focus will be on moving holistically and in a biomechanically optimal way as well as honouring your individual body - we won't be forcing our bodies into cookie cutter shapes.

We will also be debunking alignment myths such as allowing the knee to pass beyond the ankle in the warrior poses as well as looking at common alignment cues that keep us locked out of our core power.

We will look at the importance of breath and bandhas and a holistic approach to using them to support our practice.

We will use a variety of props to explore movement, alignment and myofascial muscle meridians! Students can opt in or out of hands on assists during the workshop.

This workshop is suitable for yoga students and yoga teachers 🤗

ZEN AT 10 - A morning of Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra

Join Chelle on Saturday 9th May 10:00am-12:00pm for 2 hours of blissful rest.

For the first part of this session we will explore deeply supported restorative yoga poses that will nourish the body, calm the nervous system and help to still the mind. For the second part, you will be guided through a deeply restful yoga Nidra practice.

All props are provided, just bring yourself and maybe your favourite blanket. Herbal teas served on arrival 🤗
